"Ohmygosh!" she squeals, "I accompany you in your first time!

I nod, "I'm gonna be real with you, Piyuu. I'm not quite ure if the falls are gonna be able to live up to the hype that you've got."

"Oh dear, they definitely will. You can trust me on this one," she winks, "I'm not sure what I'm more excited for now. The falls or the look on your face when you see the falls!"

"And I'm not sure if I'm more excited to see the falls or the look on your face when you see the look on my face when I see the falls!" I chuckle.

"Well, then, I'm not sure if I'm more excited about-" she trails off and laughs hysterically, "I mean, you get the point, right?"

I laugh too, "Let's never debate on this one again."

The boat lurches forward and Piyuu's nearly knocked off her feet. I immediately grab her by the shoulder to keep her study. I'm half afraid the wind can make her fly away. She's so small and light.

"Are you okay?" I ask worriedly.

She chuckles, "Much better than just okay."

"Maybe we should just sit down?" I suggest.

She shakes her head laughingly, "No way! This is your first time. So I'm not gonna let you stand anywhere but the place with the best view."

"And where's that?" I ask.

"The bow, of course. Stupid! Come now, follow me!" she says and again drags me with her tiny little hand.

We stumble up to the very front of the boat. And Piyuu was right about it being the most beautiful view. What she didn’t mention though, was how loud the wind would be!

"It's really loud here!" I say.

"I'm sorry, what did you say?" Piyuu yells at me.

"I said that it's REALLY LOUD HERE!" I yell back at her.

"Could you speak louder? I can't hear you!" she yells.

"I said IT'S REALLY LOUD!" I scream at the top of my lungs.

"Kittens on a cloud?!" she asks confusedly.

"No, it's REALLY LOUD!" I scream with all the power my vocals chords could process.

"Go, the fields aren’t plowed? Which fields?" she looks around the place.

"You know what, nevermind," I hiss.

"Wave and ride? What are you talking about?" she frowns, "Let's talk later, okay? I don't understand anything you're saying because it's really loud here."

That's exactly what I'm trying to say, Piyuu.

The boat slowly turns a corner, and there it is, what we've been so eagerly waiting for, the falls.

"Wow! Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!" I blurt out.

Piyuu laughs, "I know right? I knew you’d like it."

"Like it? I love it! This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen!" I exclaim.

Well, of course, I'm excluding Nini when I say that.

"Now, this was worth it. Your reaction was definitely much more exciting than the falls," she giggles.

"You know what a view this good calls for?" I ask smilingly.

She shakes her head, "No, what does it call for?"

"A selfie, duh!" I shrug.

She resists, "I look really devasted and ugly right now, Niki."

I sigh, "Come on, don't be silly! Although you’ve got quite a lot experience but still, we don't get scopes like this all the time. Also, we need memories from our first boat ride together, don't we?"

She hesitantly nods, "I, um, wholeheartedly agree to that one."

"Perfect!" I pull my phone out of my purse and open camera "Smile and say Waterfall!"

She scoots closer to me, and as a human selfie stick, I hold the phone up to take the selfie while bending a little to match her height. I snap a photo of the two of us and show it to Piyuu.

"Oh my gosh, they're terrible!" Piyuu gasps, "I never imagined I'm this ugly!"

No kidding. Our mouths are both awkwardly hanging open. I guess waterfall doesn’t quite have the same smile-generating results that the word cheese does.

"Yeah, you're right. Sorry for coming up with this terrible pose idea. Do you wanna take a better one?" I ask.

"Nope! I like the bad one. Send it to me so I can make it my phone wallpaper!" she giggles.

"You really wanna look at that version of my face everytime you open your phone?" I gasp.

"Yup!" she laughs.

"No freaking ways I'm sending you that! We're taking another one!" I snap and delete the photo before it can reach out to her and she uses it to blackmail me in near future.

"Alright, alright," she poses again and so do I and this time it comes out much better.

"Look, they came out gorgeous!" I show the photo to Piyuu.

She frowns, "Only for you. I look like a beggar!"

I cross my arms, "Excuse me, ma'am? I'm not wearing any makeup either and I'm also very worked out."

"You're naturally gorgeous, that's why you're my model!" she grins at me.

The boat tour continues, and Piyuu and I keep our eyes glued to the falls..

A few moments later, the boat returns to the dock and lets us off. Piyuu and I decide to take a quick spin around the block before leaving.

"I can see why so many people get married here. It's so peaceful.." I whisper. Man, I wish when I get married, no, if I get married, it happens somewhere as peaceful as here.

"Yes, it is.." she sighs dreamily. Both in the sense that she's dreamy and in the sense that she's dreaming and stares off toward the lake, "Though I think I'm feeling more at peace for another reason."

"Let me guess, it's because I, Nikita Khan, business partner extra-ordinaire, am here," I smirk.

"Wow, how'd you know?" she gasps.

"Wait, was that seriously what you were gonna say? Because if I bad expected that, I definitely wouldn’t have just make a joke about it!" I shrug.
