I am woken up to the feeling of gentle kisses being peppered from my neck up to my jaw. Fluttering my eyes open, I can't help but smile. The morning sun is hitting Sirius and making his eyes look silvery and ethereal.

"Good morning, angel." He whispers.

I lift myself onto my elbows and release a yawn. I look over to the foot of the bed where a tray full of breakfast foods sits before returning my gaze to a demure-looking Sirius. "What's this?" I sing, biting my lip to keep from smiling too big. He shrugs sheepishly. "Sirius, you are absolutely adorable, you know that?"

"Only the best for my girl." He tries to move in for a kiss but I back away.

"I've got morning breath." I pout.

"I can handle it." He assures me easily, cupping my cheeks and kissing my pushed out bottom lip. "Are you hungry?"

"Always," I sigh contentedly.

He slides the tray over to us and plants himself on the edge of the bed. I pick up a cup of hot tea and I sip at it gratefully. "You're the perfect man. I used to think it was young Newt Scamander, but now I'm positive it's you."

"Finally surpassed Scamander, did I?" He wiggles his eyebrows in amusement. "My my, how the mighty have fallen."

"Yes, well," I blow on my tea. "He doesn't bring me breakfast in bed, now does he?" He smirks at that and proceeds to help himself to some sausage and scrambled eggs. I look around the room, suddenly becoming aware of its lack of occupants. "Where are the boys?"

"Somewhere else." I give him a look. "I've kicked them out. We need some alone time every once in a while." He presses his palm against mine and inspects the significant size difference. "Did I ever tell you I love your tiny hands? You're so little, I could just fit you into my pocket."

I shake my head with a shy smile, "I'm too short."

He presses his forehead to mine and frowns into my eyes. "You're perfect."

I look at him knowingly. "There's short perfect and then there's me."

"Stop that, I'd love you whether you were two feet or one hundred feet tall. Besides, this is only beneficial for me because this way I can carry you and look graceful all the while. Win-win, baby girl." He nudges me with his nose.

"Baby girl?" I repeat, giggling.

His smile falters, "Do you not like it?"

"I didn't say that...baby boy." I mock him with a wink.

"Now you're just making fun of me." He blushes. "If James was in here right now he'd taunt us endlessly."

"I wouldn't blame him." I laugh some more. "Though he isn't any better with his newfound love for poetry about Lily."

"Admittedly, he isn't the worst poet out there. I quite like them."

I nod my agreement and add, "My favourite has to be the one where he compares Lily's hair to spicy peppers."

"Oh yes! And then he ends it with calling her hot."

"It was endearing." I say, thinking of James with a smile.

"Of course you think that. You're biased because you're basically brother and sister. But to everyone else, the boy's got no game."

"You just said you liked his poems." I remind him pointedly.

"I'm biased too!"

I roll my eyes. "Okay, Sirius." He pecks me on the nose and I grin, "You missed."

"Okay, what you said earlier is right. We are absolutely sickening." At that he swoops back in for a deep kiss on the lips.

Today's Piggyback Express customer is a little first year boy named Louie. He's payed extra to be the only one able to get a ride to class for the next few months. Though he doesn't even let me carry him. In fact, he insists on walking beside me to classes.

"Here you are, Louie." I say cheerfully as we reach his Charms class.

"Thanks, Chiara." He gets up on his tiptoes and kisses me on the cheek. He's gutsy for an eleven year-old, I'll give him that. "Go out with me?"

"Darling, if you were older –"

"Say no more, I'll wait for you. As long as it takes." He states confidently before trotting into his classroom.

I shake my head in amusement and flip around only to come face to face with a very cross Sirius. "What's got your knickers in a twist?"

"What the bloody hell was that?!" He gestures to his own cheek.

"Oh Paddy-wads, the boy's got a little crush." I shake a hand at him dismissively. "Where's the harm in me entertaining the idea that he's got a chance? Surely you don't expect me to treat him the way Lily does James, do you?"

Remus butts in, "I actually think that what you're doing is very kind, Chiara."

"See?" I motion to Remus. "Thank you, Moony!"

"Me too!" Peter adds. "If the way you treat him makes him happy then I really don't see the harm."

"Yeah," James finally agrees. "And there's no doubt he goes off to tell his friends all about the time you spend together, the little legend."

Sirius grabs me around the waist and pulls me close. "You're mine." He growls right at my ear causing butterflies to erupt in my stomach. Sirius leans down and kisses my lips. I reach up and run my hands through the back of his hair. He pulls me even closer until our bodies are pressed flush against each other.

"It's getting weird!" James yells putting on some odd accent that results in Sirius and me pulling away to laugh at him.

We all start walking down the halls towards our next class when Remus asks, "How do you manage to carry around all these children anyway, Keeks?"

"Easy." James answers for me. "She's tiny but mighty."

"I'm sorry, but are you Keeks?" Remus shoots back.

"We are one." James says, throwing an arm over my shoulders.
