Chapter 55

Lee Jong suk's Pov.

As the car stop in front of the hospital, I glanced at Liam and told him that I'm gonna send Mia at her Lala's room he just nods and looked back at the steering wheel.

"No, Kuya Jong, It's six-forty already, I can handle myself okay?"She fastly said at me and swung her eyes to everyone."Thank you guys, you made my day, Kuya Jong, Best Liam... please take good care of yourselves, salamat talaga for what you did yesterday I appreciate it so much, I don't know what could I give to you in exchange." She said sadly as she roamed her eyes to us.

Liam shook his head."You're important to us, we just did what makes you better, Miatoot." Liam said genuinely.

"Ne' nae salang, you deserve it and it's our happiness to make you happy as what I always said." I crinkled my nose and tapped her head.

"Thank you." She stepped off out of the car and slowly walked backward.

"Bye Mia, Ingat ka," Queen said joyfully as she waves her two hands.

"Ingat rin kayo pauwi, kita lang tayo bukas," Mia said as she glanced to Kin that who keeps on waving at her then looked at me, I want to send her but she turned her back on us already.

"Bye Mia, see you tomorrow." Kin said   as she glanced at me." Kuya Jong, accompany her, we're just gonna wait for you here." she said with a smile on her face.

I immediately stepped off out of the car and followed Mia silently. I remembered her Mom, maybe she was not here anymore. I was not in the mood when I saw her this morning.

I was very disappointed at her she didn't even show her presence yesterday, I know deep inside that Mia was waiting for her.

I smiled timidly at her when she saw me following her.

"Kuya Jong, I thought you were leaving already, why did you follow?" she asked curiously.

I swayed my head as I walk neared her."I want to have more minutes with you, Noona Mia."

We're here at the corner of the stairs way to the third floor where Lala's room is.

"Kuya Jong, I'm used to it... you're gonna leave me again." She said with a bitter smile and start taking her steps.

I followed her back as she walks slowly to the dim hallway of the hospital that occurred Lala's room, and the end of it is a glass wall that ables us to see the rising orange moon, above the sea. I breathe in as I hold Mia's hand to stop her from reaching the doorknob.

She looked at me questioningly, dimly lights illuminate her face as I tilt my face on her."Yes, Kuya Jong."

My breath hitched when she raised her head.

"Can I hug you?"  I said slowly.

She looked gloat over me before she nodded, I put my hands around her back and pulled her closer to me.

"Noona Mia, I will miss you." I caressed her hair and inhaled the sweet smell of it.

"I will miss you too, Kuya Jong." She said sweetly as she snared her arms tightly around my waist and it feels so good. so right.

We stay hugging each other until someone opened the door that made us promptly detached.

I heaved a sigh of relief when it was a nurse I thought it's someone related to Mia.

"Excuse Me, Sir, Ma'am sorry for disturbing your moment." She giggled before she turned her back at us.

"Awh!" I flinched when Mia pinched my hips.
