JUNGKOOK P.O.V.
The rest of October flew by in a blur and now they were in November, inching closer and closer to the three day break but that also meant that the challenges were just around the corner and that fact alone made Jungkook nervous. He had never participated in anything like this before unless you were counting sports day but he doubted that the games he was about to take part in would be anything like sports day, there definitely wasn't going to be any mixed relay races or a laid back tug-of-war. Instead there would be people fighting hand to hand or with knives, archery and whatever else that was going to be thrown at them.
He still wasn't completely sure what he would be taking part in as he hadn't been told yet but he knew Namjoon would probably tell them all soon since the games were so close, the only thing he knew for certain was that he would be competing in the capture the flag game as that was apparently necessary for all house members. The only way you could get out of competing in any of the challenges was if you were gravely injured and he just hoped none of his house members ended up getting injured.
As the rest of October went by his relationship with each member had grown and improved, mainly because he made sure to spend equal time with the them, not wanting to leave anyone out. He had started by helping Taehyung with his art project, the elder had stated that if he didn't start now and get it finished he probably never would, which would result in him getting a fail which he didn't want. The younger had simply listed off some things that could possibly interest the older and eventually he had said something that Taehyung took a liking towards although the younger had no idea what since the older had told him strictly that he wasn't allowed to know or see the drawing until it was finished and presented to the class. It took him two days before he quit asking, realising the older male wasn't going to budge.
He spent time with Jimin by watching movies and allowing the older to pamper him, which included face masks and nice smelling body sprays that surprisingly didn't make his nose sting like most other body sprays he came across would. It was also the reason why he currently had pastel pink painted nails which he adored, it brought him a familiar sense of comfort much like his pastel coloured clothing did. He had also spent time Namjoon, listening as the older talked about the newest things he's learnt about law. It was actually really interesting and the younger always found himself asking the house leader any questions that had randomly popped into his head about the topic.
He had also found himself inside Yoongi's makeshift music studio which had been dubbed the genius lab and he was surprised when he found out that only he had been allowed to know the password, the older male not bothering with handing it out to the rest. The younger had spent hours just watching his hyung produce songs for his class professor and he also could manage to convince Yoongi to take breaks and also leave in time for lunch, much to everyone's relief.
The only two he had struggled spending time with was Seokjin and Hoseok, which is why he had agreed to help them both with class projects in hopes of spending more time with them. It was why he was currently sitting in living room while he waited for Seokjin to get ready, the younger having agreed to help the elder with a photography photo shoot. Jungkook didn't know much about it, the older had only told him that everyone else had been given the same concept to work with so everything would be able to link together and tell a story, that's if everything was done correctly.
"Little one, are you ready?" he was pulled from his thoughts as the elders voice rang out and he was quick to nod his head, standing up from the couch. "We have to go down to the photography department so I can get everything I need, they stopped allowing us to take the cameras back after what happened last time." the male muttered and the younger couldn't help but feel curious, although he stopped himself from asking after seeing the expression on the others face. Maybe it was best not to know what had happened last time. "I'll tell you the concept once we're there as well."
