JUNGKOOK P.O.V.

"There's a party tomorrow night. Most of the top houses have been invited, which also means we've been invited too." Namjoon explained while everyone was seated at the table, all of them enjoying yet another meal prepared by Seokjin. A loud groan echoed throughout the kitchen and Jungkook looked up, his eyes landing on Hoseok. "A party already? I thought they would've waited a little longer, who is it this time?"

Namjoon shrugged causally, he had been of the first to finish his share of the food. "I'm not sure but I do know it's a newly formed house, they probably think throwing a party and inviting the higher houses will help them get recognised." he explained to Hoseok, who didn't seem surprised.

Jungkook couldn't help but feel intrigued, he had only attended two parties that Yoobin had all but dragged him to, and it wasn't a secret that he hadn't enjoyed himself. He couldn't understand how people enjoyed drinking themselves silly while grinding on complete strangers, they never seemed to care of what the stranger could possibly do in a situation like that. He wasn't too fussed over alcohol either, he hated how it burned your throat with even the littlest of sips.

"Do we have to go?" he found himself asking, unable to stop the words from spilling out. He wouldn't mind going, as long as he wasn't going to be forced to drink alcohol or forced to dance, he wasn't fond over the thought of people using him as a strippers pole. Namjoon smiled and nodded, "unfortunately yes. It would be rude of us not to attend, but under no circumstances am I forcing you. You can always stay here, I'm sure one of us won't mind staying back."

The younger was quick to shake his head, "no, no. That's not it, I want to go but I um, I don't want to drink or um, dance." he cringed as he noticed how awkward and stupid his words sounded, that's why people went to parties, to get drunk and dance. He waited for the laughter to start but that surprisingly never came, "that's alright. Yoongi hyung is the same, he normally stays in a corner until he gets bored and leaves." Jimin explained, gaining a sharp slap on the back of the head from the mentioned male.

Jungkook smiled but said nothing, going back to finish the food in front of him, having been distracted by the conversation.

"I can't believe you won that fight Kookie," Yugyeom whined, slumping into his seat as he idly stirred his pasta around the pot, Jungkook had no idea how his friend could willingly eat the food from the canteen.

It was lunch and he was sat with Yugyeom as his two house members were kept behind, although he wasn't sure for what. He didn't mind as it gave him a chance to catch up with his friend as they hadn't had a chance to have a full conversation since the day he was introduced to the rest of GOT7.

"I told you, it isn't a big deal. Just because you lost," he teased his friend, laughing at the wounded look he got in reply. He was happy that he had allowed himself to make friends other than his house members, he didn't want to be seen as the loner anymore. "It's not funny, he literally tossed me over his shoulder. Who can humanly do that?" Yugyeom complained while rubbing at his back, pasta long forgotten.

Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle as he remembered his friends fight, it had been one of the shorter ones simply because Yugyeom's partner had quite literally thrown him across the ring which had, not surprisingly, knocked the breath out of him. "It wasn't that bad. I'm pretty sure your partner cheated anyway because throwing someone across the ring is not hand to hand."

Before anything else could be said another voice timidly broke through the air causing Jungkook to look up, his eyes falling onto the figure of Felix. "Sorry, can I sit with you guys?" the male asked again, this time sounding more confident. Jungkook nodded and gestured towards the spare seat next to Yugyeom and across from him, which his newest friend gladly took.

"How come you're not with your house?" Yugyeom asked curiously while turning around in his chair and looking at the newest addition to their table. Felix smiled, "they're still in class, mine normally finish a bit earlier than theirs. You don't mind me sitting here, do you?" Jungkook quickly shook his head, he could tell that the male in front of him didn't have many friends, much like himself.

"Of course not. We're friends, you can sit with us." he said, smiling as he felt a wave of warmness wash over him as Felix's lips stretched out into a smile, quickly jumping into a conversation with an overly eager Yugyeom.

Jungkook nervously looked through his wardrobe, his teeth nipping at his lip as he disregarded each piece of clothing he came across, finding none of them suitable enough for a party. He was planning to wear some of his more darker clothes, not feeling fully comfortable in showing everyone what he actually wore on a daily basis.

He sighed and was about to grab a pair of black skinny jeans but stopped shortly as his door swung open, his current task going forgotten as he turned his full attention onto the person that had walked in.

"Little one, are you ready yet?" Hoseok questioned once he was fully in the younger's room, taking note of all the clothes scattered over the floor and bed. His eyes then moved onto Jungkook who was stood in front of his wardrobe and to Hoseok, he looked rather troubled.

Jungkook slowly shook his head at the older males question, he knew he was nowhere near ready. "No actually, I can't find anything that's suitable for a party." he muttered, his eyes falling onto the skirt that rested near the others feet and he felt his cheeks heat up, hoping that the older hadn't seen it. He owned quite a couple of skirts and dresses but hardly ever got to wear them, too nervous of people's opinions to wear them outside of the comfort of his own room.

Hoseok was quiet for a moment, "if you want I could help you pick an outfit? I know what I'm doing," the older mused out and Jungkook knew he wasn't lying, he had seen the other in casual clothes before and couldn't help but admit that the outfit had been carefully put together, to the accessories and colours. He didn't think much more of it as he nodded his head, letting the older have enough room to look through the clothes.

It wasn't long until Hoseok was pulling out a set of blue washed out denim overalls, flinging them over his shoulder as he muttered to himself about finding a shirt that would match. Jungkook watched on, he couldn't remember the last time he wore those overalls, meaning he had probably put them in the very back of his wardrobe. He jumped slightly as Hoseok suddenly let out a little shout, quickly pulling away from the wardrobe with a shirt clutched in his hand.

The younger narrowed his eyes slightly as he tried to get a better look at the shirt, smiling a little as he recognised it. It was a white stripped polo shirt, the stripes were black which made the colours clash nicely. He hummed quietly finding the shirt a nice pick and he knew it would almost definitely look good with the overalls.

"Do you have any accessories? I think it would look nice with some," Hoseok voiced his thoughts, looking at the younger expectantly. Jungkook flushed and quickly nodded, hurrying over to his set of draws. "They're all in there. The last draw holds the accessories that I couldn't match with any of the others," he explained, stepping back as Hoseok opened the first drawer.

He watched as the older grabbed a small hooped earring before opening the last drawer, surprising him slightly as the other hadn't bothered with any of the middle drawers. His eyes widened a little as Hoseok finally settled on a pair of black rimmed glasses, which also happened to be Jungkook's prescription glasses.

Hoseok then silently walked towards the younger members bed, laying the chosen items down before turning and heading towards the small collection of shoes which were lined up neatly against the wall. He paused for a moment before picking up a pair of yellow converse, which looked brand new to him. "I think that's it. Not too overboard or too eye catching, I think you'll be fine."

Jungkook couldn't help the warm feeling that spread through his body as he looked at the older, the feeling oddly felt like home. "I'll leave you to it then." Hoseok said before giving a heart shaped smile as he walked out of the room, shutting the door behind him.

Update? Yes!

Bonding time with Hoseok? I think so. But that's the last bit of fluff for awhile, it's time for some angst, prepare yourselves.
