JUNGKOOK P.O.V.
As soon as they reached the dorm Jungkook grabbed his suitcase and made his way down the hall and towards his room, telling the others that he'll unpack while they waited for the house leader to come back with their respected uniforms and any new information that might've been acquired in that time.
He pushed open the door and walked inside, immediately noticing the difference in his surroundings. He set his suitcase aside before curiously taking in his surroundings, eyes widening as they fell onto his bed, the sheets had been changed into pure black ones. The younger walked forward and gently ran his hand over the sheets, shaking his head as the soft feeling of velvet greeted him.
The cushions had also been changed, now a stark red that blended in with the black and matched the soft looking blanket that had been laid out at the bottom of the bed. He smiled slightly and grabbed his suitcase, lifting it up and placing it down gently on top of the bed to prevent the back pain he probably would have caused if he had decided to keep it laid out on the floor.
The younger hummed an odd tune to himself as he unzipped his luggage and started sifting around, his eyes falling onto a familiar hoodie. Jungkook grabbed the soft piece of clothing and placed it the side, not wanting to accidentally place it with his other clothes since he wanted to find out who it belonged to so he could give it back, knowing he would feel bad if he kept it without saying anything at all.
The younger spent the next few minutes sorting his clothes and accessories, placing them in their corrects spots and before he knew it he was zipping his now empty suitcase back up and sliding it under the bed, out of the way. He sighed and allowed his thoughts to drift back to the headmasters speech, trying to comprehend such things made his head hurt — his mind forming theories upon theories after hearing the speech.
It was obvious that the headmaster had changed the school a whole lot, that much was obvious in the way the older man talked but what the younger couldn't understand is how some people didn't agree with the headmasters changes. Sure, some of the changes that had been made to the games seemed extreme and not at all suitable for a school but he couldn't help but wonder about the changes that had been denied; were they worse than the ones that had been put into play?
The younger had always found it a little off putting with how much power the headmaster seemed to radiate but perhaps he was simply overthinking.
Jungkook shook his head and grabbed the hoodie, making his way towards his bedroom door and cranking it open, stepping out and proceeding to make his way down the hall and towards the living room, where he could already hear the hush voices of his hyungs.
"Which games do you think will be first?" a voice, which unmistakably sounded like Jimin voiced and the younger paused, knowing that the conversation would probably be over as soon as he stepped foot inside the room and he would be lying if he said he wasn't eager to know what his housemates thoughts were.
"They normally do the tamer ones first so I wouldn't be surprised if they did the memory ones first." He immediately knew that it was Yoongi who answered, hums of agreement echoing through the air. The younger remembered how Seokjin had been given the memory based challenge and it was definitely one of the more tamers ones, a part of him wishing he had been given it but he knew his memory wasn't the best and he probably wouldn't do the best during it.
"I'm excited for the last challenge, it's a completely new challenge so it'll be fun watching houses try and make a gameplay." Taehyung's chipper voice rung out and the younger smiled lightly, he supposed rally the flag did seem like a fun challenge when you looked at it like that and perhaps it wouldn't be as tense as the others. The conversation changed after that and so the younger pushed open the door, stepping foot inside the room as everyone's attention naturally shifted to him.
