JUNGKOOK P.O.V.

"What dorm building are you in? I'm in number two," Yugyeom asked as they both walked out of building one together, the welcoming had finished and they both knew that they couldn't linger in building one any longer than they had already done.

Jungkook hummed and unfolded his paper gently, his eyes scanning over words until they landed on what he was looking for. "I'm building three," he answered, but received no response from the male next to him. He looked at Yugyeom in slight confusion, only to see the male staring at the red paper that Jungkook was holding.

"You're in house Bangtan?" Yugyeom squeaked out, looking at Jungkook in what appeared to be genuine shock. "I overheard the people in front of us talking about how Bangtan never choose anyone to join their house and if that's true then I'm surprised they chose you." He finished, gesturing towards the paper now and then as he spoke.

That must be why he was only one with the red coloured paper, but even if that was the case, why had they suddenly changed that and chosen him to join their house? Maybe they just wanted a new member, or maybe they had been forced into choosing a new member, or maybe he was the only one left that hadn't been chosen and the Bangtan house felt sorry for him.

Jungkook sighed and pushed the thoughts away, he wouldn't allow that to affect him. He was here and that's all that mattered, a stupid house wouldn't stop that for him.

"It's no big deal Gyeomie," the nickname came almost natural to Jungkook, who hadn't even noticed his slip up. Yugyeom certainly did though as his cheeks flushed red, a shy smile appearing across the males lips. "It's only a house after all, a house you'll probably end up leaving and forgetting about." Jungkook continued, his eyebrows furrowing as he took in the state of the male walking besides him.

Before he could ask if everything was alright, Yugyeom had already started talking. "Y-you called me Gyeomie, n-no ones ever given me a nickname before," he said quietly, tears shining in his eyes. Jungkook frowned slightly, he knew that look all too well, he had once shared that look.

It was then that Jungkook made a mental promise to himself and the male before him, he would become the friend that Yugyeom needed, just like he once needed and had found in Yoobin.

Jungkook had bid goodbye to Yugyeom and was now walking up the stairs of building three, his suitcase dragging behind him with small dull thuds as the wheels hit the stairs. He kept his eyes open for the familiar number of his dorm number, wondering who would be the one to greet him. He also couldn't help but feel curious about the members of the house, he was curious to know how many people were apart of Bangtan.

Jungkook sighed as he was met with another hallway, his legs were starting to burn with the amount of walking and stair climbing he had done. He wouldn't call himself lazy but sometimes he lacked motivation to do the most simplest of things, such as walking.

Humming quietly to himself he walked down the hallway, looking at the different numbers printed on the doors. As he was approaching the end of the hallway his eyes finally landed on the number he had been searching for, 013.

The door was a dark red which made Jungkook shake his head, he figured everything about this house was red. He took a deep breath and raised his hand, knocking on the door gently but loud enough that whoever was inside would be able to hear it.

He waited for awhile but got no response causing him to frown in slight confusion, surely someone had to be inside. Jungkook thought about knocking but though against, if they hadn't heard him the first time then he doubts they would hear the second time. His eyes fell onto the doorknob and he shrugged, grabbing it and turning it quietly, watching as the door opened slowly.

This was also his dorm now, so surely he had the right to enter without being invited in. Jungkook peaked inside and felt his eyes widen by what he was greeted with, in his opinion the main room looked like it belonged in some mansion, not a dorm room.

The walls were painted a light grey and were littered with paintings, which looked like they had been painted by a professional. On the main wall a large clock hung, a dark grey which complimented the colour of the walls nicely. Jungkook's eyes fell onto the couch and he hummed in surprised, it was littered with cushions as well as a blanket, which was dangling over the end of the couch slightly and he assumed it must have been used recently. A table stood in front of the couch, there were a bunch of lit candles sat on top of it and he smiled, it made the space feel more homely.

Jungkook turned and gaped at the fairly large TV that was securely fastened to the wall, it was facing towards the couch which made sense to him. He was snapped out of his thoughts by a low voice coming from behind a door off to his left, Jungkook wondered if that was the kitchen.

Thinking for a moment he shrugged and gently pulled his boots off, placing them on the shoe wrack that was just to the side of the door, holding a bunch of different shoes. He looked down at his pink socks that had little white cats printed onto them and couldn't help but giggle, Jungkook had never really been fond of plain socks and much preferred them to have some short of pattern or cute little cartoon designs and in his opinion they also matched quite well with the pastel pink sweater he had decided on wearing.

He smiled a little and moved his suitcase so it was resting against the wall, he didn't want to leave it in a place where someone could trip over it and hurt themselves. He then slowly walked towards the door where the voices were still coming from, whoever it was seemed to be in a somewhat heated conversation.

"You fool, that was my favourite pot!" one of the voices hissed, sounding vaguely done with the entire subject, it almost sounded like this wasn't his first time having this conversation. "It was an accident! I didn't realise it was so close to the counter," the second voice responded, sounding mildly in pain.

Jungkook couldn't help but feel slightly confused but shrugged it off, opting to gather his courage instead before he opened the door. He took a deep breath before grabbing the door handle and pushing open the door and almost immediately the voices stopped talking.

Looking up he was greeted by two pairs of eyes, both looking in his direction. His cheeks flushed and he was quickly starting to regret his decision, maybe he should've just stayed where he was.

The silence was deafening and making him feel even more embarrassed than he was originally, panicking slightly he searched his brain for something to say, anything to make this less awkward. "Hello!" he squeaked out, his voice more high pitched than it usually was and it was safe to say that Jungkook practically died out of sheer embarrassment right there.

Update? Yes!

We protect Jungkook, Yoobin and Yugyeom in this household.

Jungkook also met two more of his future hyungs, I wonder who'll be next.

I'm literally blind for not noticing but thank you for 200+ reads! I hope you're enjoying the book so far.
