JUNGKOOK P.O.V.
Jungkook stands patiently on the path a good distance away from the main road, watching quietly as the driver carefully removes his suitcase from the trunk of the car before placing it down on the pavement and he quickly reaches out and grabs the handle, pulling it towards him as the sound of the car trunk slamming shut greets his ears. "As I'm sure you're aware, the break is only for three days as a chance to relax before the games begin. I suppose I'll be picking you up from here again once the break is over, yes?" Sejin questions, walking back around to the drivers side.
The younger nodded at the question, he couldn't help but wish the break was for more than three days but he supposes he had Christmas to look forward to since they were given a longer day for that specific holiday which he was immensely grateful for. "Good. There's no time set for when students are to return to the school grounds so keep an eye out, Jungkook-ah." the driver says before opening the car door and slipping inside, the door closing behind his figure as a beat of silence passes only to be broken by the familiar sound of an engine revving before the car was pulling away from the apartment building and down the road.
He waits until the grey car is no longer in view before turning around and shouldering open the door to the building, walking inside as he dragged his suitcase behind him.
He isn't surprised to see that the lobby hasn't changed a single bit while he was away, the carpet covering the floor was still the odd shade of brown from the years of neglect and he's always been certain that it was once a creme colour but it was obvious to him that it hadn't been cleaned in years if the stains were anything to go by.
The couches, in what was dubbed as the waiting area, weren't any better. The cushions were ripped and one was even missing and that fact still confused the younger, who in there right mind would want to steal a cushion that was ripped and covered in odd stains? Then again, a lot of people in this area couldn't exactly be dubbed as sane of mind.
He shook his head and moved towards the desk, knowing he would need to sign in if he even wanted to travel further into the building. It was another rule the owner had put in place, you would need to sign in and out to prove that you were a normal resident. It was put in place apparently after people had lied about having an apartment here, mostly because they wanted a place to stay and this had proved to be the most easy.
"Hello," he nervously uttered as he stepped directly in front of the desk, he had always hated doing this alone especially since he hadn't had very many good interactions with the workers who were normally seated behind the desk. However, he's greeted with a completely new face and he's momentarily surprised as he hadn't expected to see a new worker since the building owner didn't exactly seem big on hiring too many people. "Hello," the girl behind the desk greets back with a warm smile and Jungkook is taken aback, he truly wasn't used to such a warm greeting.
He curiously takes the girl in, trying not to make it too obvious. She had long black hair and he's quick to notice that her bangs are dyed a soft pastel pink and he's admittedly a little jealous, he had always wanted to do something bold with his hair but had never had the courage to do so but maybe one day. Her skin has a rather sun-kissed glow to it and he can tell it's natural, not some kind of false tan as her make up is rather light as well which perfectly complimented her skin complexion. The girls eyes are rather cat-like, surrounded in a small layer of eyeliner, reminding him of Yoongi.
"Are you visiting someone? Or perhaps moving in?" she asks and gestures towards the suitcase and he quickly shakes his head, automatically snapping himself out of his thoughts. "Oh, no. I actually already own an apartment here with my roommate, Yoobin. I've been away for school and our break starts today so I came back to spend it here." he explains and the girl nods, pink strands of hair falling over her face which makes her huff, tucking them back around her ears.
