JUNGKOOK P.O.V.
Jungkook looked at the male who had stepped forward, he was a similar height to Jimin but definitely a little bit taller, not by much though. He had blonde hair which complimented his pale skin tone, his eyes were a nice shade of brown which kind of reminded Jungkook of his own eye colour. He was wearing a loose white button up shirt, with the first two buttons being undone and black dress pants and Jungkook was quick to realise the male was still partially dressed in his uniform.
Jungkook couldn't help but feel slightly intimidated, the male held an air of power around him almost like he was daring someone to challenge him. Jungkook decided not to bother this male a lot, he would try his best to not get in the way.
"Hello. I'm Min Yoongi, but you can call me Yoongi hyung or just hyung." was all he said before stepping back, practically blending into the shadows. Jungkook couldn't hold back the shiver than spread across his body, still feeling the males eyes on him.
Jungkook nodded to show that he had listened and understood before the last person was stepping forward, a heart shaped smile plastered onto his lips. He had dark brown hair which complimented his dark eyes and skin tone, he was wearing a black sweater and black ripped skinny jeans. Jungkook figured this male liked the more darker colours.
"Hello Jungkookie! I'm Jung Hoseok but everyone else calls me Hobi so feel free to call me Hobi hyung." Jungkook definitely wasn't expecting such a cheerful introduction but he wasn't complaining, it made him feel welcomed in a weird way.
Seokjin suddenly clapped his hands together and nodded, looking around. "Okay, so that's everyone little one." he paused suddenly, eyes drifting towards Taehyung and then Jungkook, this continued on until he sighed and finally rested his eyes on Taehyung. "Although we're still waiting for an explanation on how Taehyung knows Jungkook-ah."
Before Taehyung could speak a word Jungkoom had opened his mouth and had started speaking, much to his own horror and the others amusement. "Um, we b-bumped into each other this morning and Taehyung hyung helped me, w-we talked for a bit before he left." Jungkook nervously trailed off, cringing by what he had called Taehyung. That definitely didn't sound right and so he made a mental note to experiment to see what would sound better, and hopefully less cringy.
--
After awhile of mindless talking they had all decided that it was time to show Jungkook to his room, stating different things that he must've been tired or simply wanted a break. He had learned that Jimin and Taehyung were the two youngests of the house, but now Jungkook was the first youngest followed by Taehyung and then Jimin.
Because of that fact the two of them were put in charge of Jungkook for the time being, showing him around the dorm and of course showing him his room. Jungkook looked around curiously as he followed behind the two males who were talking animatedly with one another, he wasn't too comfortable around them to join in on their conversations yet.
His eyes fell on numerous paintings that littered the walls and he could tell that they were painted by the same person, there were differences to each painting but Jungkook could tell that the artist rarely changed their technique but he found that strangely cool, he knew it was hard to find a technique that they could fully rely on and be confident in.
Jungkook wouldn't call himself an artist but there were times when inspiration had suddenly hit and he found himself hunched over his sketchbook, drawing whatever had come to mind.
"This is your room little one. We tried to stop Hobi hyung going too overboard with the decorations but well, I don't think they really succeeded. You can redecorate it if you want though, he won't mind." Taehyung said, breaking Jungkook out of his own little world. He couldn't help but notice that Taehyung had also adopted the nickname in which Seokjin had given him and he had a feeling Taehyung wouldn't be the last one to do so.
Before he could answer Jimin was already dragging him into the room and his eyes widened as he took everything in, it almost felt like he was back in his bedroom at the apartment he shared with his best friend.
The walls were painted a pale mint green and as Jungkook squinted slightly he could see the slight glint of the glitter that had been mixed into the paint. In the right hand corner was a small white coloured desk and he felt his eyes widen even more as he caught sight of the brand new mac book that was casually laying there, waiting to be used.
He shook his head in slight disbelief and looked away, now noticing the fairly large wardrobe off to the left hand side of him. He knew he hadn't brought enough clothes to fill the entire wardrobe, but he figured he would be wearing the school uniform most of the time and so he deemed it alright.
Taehyung and Jimin were watching on silently, sharing small smiles with each other as they couldn't help but find his reactions to everything amusing.
Jungkook then caught sight of the bed and held back the urge to squeal as he eyed the white blanket eagerly, noticing it was covered in little bunny rabbits. The comforter was the same pale mint green colour as the walls which made Jungkook smile, he had to admit that Hobi had done an amazing job at decorating and he really didn't see the need in redecorating it again, it was perfect for him.
"We'll leave you to it then. The bathroom is behind that door if you want to take a shower before bed, all our rooms have their own bathroom and it definitely helps when we're in a rush, no waiting around for the bathroom to become available." Jimin said before he left, Taehyung following behind silently.
Jungkook blinked slowly, staring at the door he had somehow managed to skip over before. This place was really starting to feel less like a dorm and more like a mansion, he wouldn't be surprised if this place had maids or something. He chuckled and shook his head, he might as well get a shower before getting ready for bed it was after all his first official day tomorrow.
Update? Yes!
I will overuse the nickname little one and no one can stop me! It's cute and slightly amusing.
I made some small minor edits to chapter one, nothing too major so there's no need to reread it! I just noticed some mistakes that I didn't see before and edited them.
