Jackie POV

"You gone be okay?" Roddy asked me as he helped me sit up on the couch.

"Yeah, go do your thang baby" I said. He was about to go the studio and get some work done. And he was gonna take Jr and Myrical with him since physically I can't do much. This was the worst.

"Aight give me two hours and I'll be right back to you" Roddy said picking Myrical up from my lap.

"Okay. Bye baby" I said as he leaned down giving me a kiss and I kissed Myrical's forehead.

"Jr come here baby" I said and he walked over to me hugging me.

"You be good and help your daddy with Myrical okay?" I said.

"I will mommy" He said kissing my cheek.

"Aight good, I love you" I said.

"I love you too" Jr said.

"Alright come on lil man" Roddy said holding Jr's hand and used the other arm to hold Myrical.

10:30 AM

"Hello?" I answered the phone while I had my feet up on the couch watching Fresh Prince of Bel air.

"Wassup Jackie how you feeling?" Bird said through the phone.

"I'm doing better, still can barely move my damn torso but it's baby steps" I said.

"Yeah I know, in bout a month you should be back to normal right?" He asked.

"I'm hoping so. That's what the doctors said" I said.

"Well are you and Roddy at home?" He asked.

"I'm home, Roddy went to the studio but he should be back in the next hour" I said.

"Oh aight. Is it coo if I stop by real quick? A nigga needa vent" Bird said.

"Oh of course, where you at?" I asked.

"Driving right now, I'm down the street" He said.

"Oh bet, I'll go unlock the door for you right now so I won't have to get up again" I said chuckling.

"Lazy ass" He said laughing.

"Shut up. I'll see you soon" I said.

"Aight" Bird said before we hung up.

Bird POV

I walked up to the front door and opened it, seeing Jackie did leave it unlocked for me and I walked inside.

"Jackie? Where you at" I asked loud enough so wherever she was she could hear me.

"In the living room" She said.

I walked into their living room and seen her chillin on the couch watching TV.

"Wassup wassup" I said sitting next to her giving her a hug.

"I'm coolin" She said. "Wassup wit you? What's going on?" She asked me.

I sighed.

"Justine. She got me fucked up" I said.

"Uh oh, what happened?" Jackie asked.

"The other night, we was finna make love and her phone started ringing. She got nervous as fuck, so I asked who it was and she was bullshitting talking about it was her manager. She's lying. I know my wife." I said and Jackie sighed rubbing her face.

"You just can't get a break can you?" Jackie said shaking her head.

"I swear. Cuh I promise if she's cheating again I'm out for real. Because she's done enough. And I'm gone take my kids and get full custody, she can get visitation but she won't be having full custody." I said.
