Bird POV
"Hey" Dayla said opening her front door.
"Wassup.." I said.
"Come in" She said.
"Nah nah, I just came to tell you something. I got some errands to run today so" I said.
"Oh okay.. You good?" Dayla asked.
"Yeah. It's just, I don't wanna string you along or nothing. I'm still married and the shit that went down between us was wrong" I said and she sighed a little.
"Bird.." She said.
"I'm sorry. I hope you don't think I took advantage of you or nothing, that wasn't my intent. I really was feeling you. I just.. I gotta give my wife a chance to make everything right." I said.
"Yeah, I feel you.. I shouldn't have even tried nothing knowing you're still married. So I'm sorry about that" Dayla said.
"Nah that was my fault. You good. I hope we can still be friends though?" I said.
"Of course Bird, I ain't trippin. Come here" She said holding her arms out, I gave her a hug.
"It was fun while it lasted, you're such a good man. I hope your wife holds it down and I hope she knows that." She said.
"Thank you" I said, she nodded her head.
"I'll see you around" Dayla said.
"Aight then, I'll see you at Jackie's birthday party tonight" I said, she nodded her head with a smile and I started walking to my car seeing her shut her front door.
Once I started my car up, pulling out the lot, I seen somebody pulling up to her house. I squinted my eyes seeing her ex nigga, and I chuckled.
She opened the door for him and they kissed before she let him in. I knew there was a reason she was so cool with me letting her go like that. No woman is just gonna be okay with that without asking questions.
I just laughed a little and drove off, heading home to my wife and my son.

Jackie POV
Today's my birthday and I was getting ready for my 90's themed birthday party and I was more than excited.
"Baby I ain't got no 90's fit like that but I tried to make the best of it" Rodrick said through the bathroom door while I was getting ready.
"Yeah just do what you can baby you're good" I said chuckling.
"You almost done?" He asked.
"Yep" I said pulling up my shorts and buttoning them, then I looked in the mirror adjusting my hair, and making sure my makeup was okay.
"Hurry up birthday girl" Rodrick said and I smiled.
"I'm almost done chill" I said laughing.
"Aight baby" He said.

Bird POV
I pulled up to the crib so I could quickly change my outfit to what I was gone wear to Jackie's party tonight.
Gotta go up for sis. She deserve it after all she been through this year.
I walked inside the house and heard some music playing and it was "No Guidance" by Chris Brown and Drake. I chuckled because Justine loves this song. So I wasn't shocked she was blasting it.
I walked upstairs and seen DJ sitting up on our bed and I smiled walking up to him and picking him up.
"Wassup man" I said, he smiled hugging me.
