Bird POV

"Wassup" I said to Justine giving her a side hug as she opened the door for me.

"Hey! How are you?" She asked me.

"I'm fine, you?" I asked.

"One day at a time" She said. I was here to drop DJ and Journey off to her for the weekend.

"She just fell asleep but she should be up in the next two hours" I said handing Journey to her.

"Okay, sounds good. I'll just put her in the crib" Justine said, she grabbed DJ's hand with her free hand and said "Thanks Da'Vion"

"No problem.." I said.

"You look really good" She said slightly looking me up and down.

"Thank you, so do you. I see you" I said and she smiled.

"I try, I try" She said. It got a little quiet afterwards which made it awkward, so I said "Aight well, uh, I'll see you later. Gotta hit the stu"

"Okay! Have a good day" Justine said giving me a quick hug.

"You too, I'll see you later aight man?" I said to DJ.

"Okay daddy" He said and I kissed his forehead, then I leaned in and kissed Journey's as she was sleep in Justine's arms.

"Aight" I said. "Wait Da'Vion, before you go I wanted to ask you something" Justine said.

"Wassup?" I asked.

"I know... We're not together anymore obviously but... I wanted to see if you were still willing to help me. You're one of the only people who understand s my music and helped me with that. Everyone knows you're the best manager. Shit, the best artist too in my eyes" Justine said.

"I appreciate that J" I said.

"No problem" She said back.

"I'm willing to help you. What you need?" I asked.

"A nice lil beat, I got lyrics but I need a beat to put them on" Justine said.

"Fasho, give me a few days, I'll send something over to you" I said.

"Sounds like a plan! Thank you so much" She said.

"Anytime" I said, she smiled a little and I returned it before I walked back to my car.

Roddy POV

"Morning baby" I said to Jackie as I rushed in the kitchen, seeing her making herself a cup of coffee while Myrical was in her high chair. And Jr was sitting at the table eating.

"Morning.. In a rush?" She said chuckling.

"Yeah my bad, I got an interview later, already running lowkey late" I said standing behind her kissing her cheek.

"When you gotta be there?" Jackie asked.

"In like the next 30 minutes" I said.

"Oooh you better get going" She said.

"Yeah I know, let me just-" I started off before grabbing a piece of bacon from her plate and she smacked her lips.

"Rodrick!" She said and I laughed.

"I need something on the way, I'm hungry" I said.

"I know, I know. Your plate will be wrapped up for when you get home" Jackie said.

"Aight coo, I love you" I said turning her around to face me and I gave her multiple kisses.

"Mmm I love you too baby" She said as we pulled away.
