"Come in." I said to Bird, as I agreed to let him come over to my hotel so we could talk privately.

"Where Jr at?" He asked.

"With his auntie Peaches." I said.

"Oh okay.. Look I'm sorry about earlier, I need you to understand where I'm coming from though. I feel like you think that I'm defending Justine because I still want her or something" Bird said.

"Do you?" I asked as we sat on the couch.

"No I don't." He said.

"So why you defending her for? She hurt you Bird, several times." I said.

"Only because DJ has to see her in pain a lot and he's old enough to know something aint right. That's all I was saying" Bird said. I sighed.

"I hear you but I lowkey don't give a fuck. I ain't even gone lie to you. She shouldn't have been fucking around on you, and with my husband. I ain't just mad at her though, I be on Rodrick neck too. I'm just saying though" I said shrugging.

"I know, I feel you. And I'm still pissed too, I'm just letting you know why I was telling you that." Bird said.

"Well stop saying she's still yo wife and blah blah because you finna divorce her anyway." I said.

"Bird." I said back.

"I actually feel like I've been playing nice with Justine. Bird you know if it was anyone else I would've killed them off." I said.

"Yeah I know.." He said back.

"I'm sitting here playing nice with this bitch and just beating her ass when she deserve more than that. Being nice, literally for you! For DJ. I tried giving her a chance and look at what she does. She crossed every single fuckin line. Every single line" I said.

"You right she has, I'm not disagreeing or faulting you for your moves at all" Bird said.

"Have you fucked her recently?" I asked.

"Jackie I told you I haven't. Please don't think I'm like Roddy. Yeah I slipped up that one time I told you about, but ever since we have not had sex. She has tried to but I've declined every single offer. You have my word." Bird said.

"And why haven't you had sex with her?" I asked.

"Because I ain't tryna give nobody else the business but you." He said, I tried not to smile and hold it together, whew thank goodness I didn't. I still gotta keep my guard up.

"We ain't even have sex yet Bird." I said.

"Key word, yet. But that's not even all I want. I got something deeper with you, you know?" He said grabbing my hand.
