Roddy POV

I walked inside the strip club, looking around for Janessa.

She's usually either in the front or on stage around this time, and I didn't see her in neither places.

I scrunched my eyebrows as I looked around the building, scanning everyone.

"Where the fuck-" I mumbled.

She ain't been answering her texts either.

Guilty ass.

One of her co workers/home girls almost walked past me when I said "Aye Pam!" To her.

She turned around and said "Yeah?" While putting some money in her bra that she just made.

"Janessa here?" I asked.

"No and actually, I wanted to ask if you've seen her lately. She didn't come back into work last night like she said she would, and she didn't come in today at all" Pam said.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah. You heard from her at all today?" Pam asked.

"Nah" I said.

"That's so strange, she's always on time to work and it's been four hours and she's still not here" Pam said.

"What happened the last time you seen her?" I asked.

"Nothing really, we was talking and then she said she had to visit someone. Some girl. Then she said after she leaves from there she was gonna come back but she never did" Pam said.

"Did she say what girl she was seeing?" I asked.

"No not at all" Pam said.

I know she seen Jackie, since Jackie already informed me of that. And now that I think about it...

Jackie killed her. Killed her before I could.

I know she did, I know my wife.

I sighed and rubbed my face.

I'm in some deep shit.

"Mmm. Okay, thanks for letting me know" I said.

"No problem! If you hear from her can you please let me know?" Janessa asked me.

"Yeah I got you" I said.

"Cool, thank you" Pam said.

"You're welcome" I said as she walked off to the locker room, and then I quickly left the building because now I had to talk to Jackie.

Jackie POV

"Thanks for this" I said as Bird handed me a glass of wine, and he had a glass himself, sitting next to me on his couch.

"I got you. How you feeling?" Bird asked me.

"I don't know" I said shrugging. "Like shit" I added.

"I understand. I've been there" Bird said shaking his head before he took a sip of his drink.

"Again Bird. He cheated AGAIN." I said and Bird sighed.

"He really don't know what he got at home" Bird said.

"Had." I said.

"Huh?" Bird said.

"He don't know what he had at home. Because I'm done" I said.
