Jackie POV

"You wanna play with DJ baby? Hmm?" I said to Jr, as we took the elevator up to Bird's floor for his hotel room.

"Yep" Jr said smiling.

"Good" I said.

"Mommy" He said as I held his hand walking to Bird's room once we got off the elevator.

"Yes baby" I said.

"When we gonna go back to daddy" He asked. My eyes widened and then I sighed.

"Umm I don't know. Daddy has some work to do first. Okay?" I said.

"Okay" Jr said, we got to Bird's door and I knocked and said "It's Jackie!"

Bird opened the door and said "Wassup Jackie. And wassup lil man" and then he picked up Jr.

"Wassup unc" Jr said and me and Bird's eyes widened.

"Jr where you learn how to talk like that?" I asked laughing.

"Yeah had me trippin" Bird said laughing.

Jr just laughed and said "My daddy talk like that"

Bird sighed a little and I just chuckled to break the ice.

"DJ! Where's my DJ?" I asked. DJ instantly ran out.

"Auntie Jackie!!" He yelled running into my arms.

"Hi baby! How are you??" I asked picking him up.

"I'm good" He said cheesing.

"That's good! Somebody's gonna be 3 just like Jr soon!" I said.

"Yep!" DJ said, his birthday was coming up in a few weeks.

"You doing anything for his birthday?" I asked Bird.

"I gotta talk to his mom about that" Bird said and I nodded my head.

"You so pretty" DJ said touching my face and I laughed.

"Thank you DJ" I said.

"Aye aye DJ that's enough" Bird said chuckling and I put him down.

"Oooh somebody's jealous" I mumbled and Bird winked at me.

I smiled a little and Jr and DJ ran into the other room to play.

"How are you?" I asked.

"I'm good, I'm good. How are you?" He asked as we sat on the couch.

"I'm good thank you. How's the music coming?" I asked Bird.

"Great actually! I just wrote something last night.." Bird said.

"Can I hear it?" I asked.

"You want me to sing it right now?" He asked for clarification.

"Yes" I said chuckling. He laughed a little, I can tell he was a little shy about it and I playfully pushed him.

"For me?" I said and he smiled.

"Aight" He said pulling out his phone going to his notes.

He cleared his throat before starting.

"You gone have a nigga trippin, you gone have me on a late night mission. Pulling up, I can't keep my distance.. I don't know girl, that pussy hit different. Then he looked at me and bit his lip.

I was out of words, Bird definitely got a nice tone. Always has. And I don't know why, but I felt like the lyrics was for me.
