Sidharth turned off the gas and held Shehnaaz in his arms and cupped her face with one hand, “Meri Jaan, mera baby.. Please aise mayus mat nai ho ja.. Mai sirf #SidNaaz hashtag se hi pyar karta hu na.. I love you and you only.. Mai ek interview dene wala hu, I will clear everything in that baby.. I won’t be giving Riya my personal number.. Only work number share karunga.. Tu to rahegi na mere sath shoot me.. And baby, there won’t be any close scenes in the beginning.. Sirf end me hai darling.. Just two hours shoot me ho jaega..” said Sidharth.. He was being very patient with her because he knows how she thinks..
Shehnaaz was understanding everything yet the social media’s negativity was making her insecure.. Thankfully, Sidharth’s words and actions were making her feel better again and they ate lunch together..
They were laying in Shehnaaz’s bedroom this time because the cast would be coming into Sidharth’s studio.. It was a new feeling because they didn’t spend much time in Shehnaaz’s side of the Little Space..
Her fingers were entangled with his and she spoke to him finally, “Sidhaaartthh.. Meri Jaan.. Mai tujhpe pura bharosa karti hu, bas wo hota hai na social media me jo sab.. Usse kabhi-kabhi ho jata hai.. Tu samjh raha hai na..”
Sidharth kissed her knuckles and pulled her closer in his arms, “Tabhi to maine tujhe lockdown ke time se door Rehne bola tha.. Aur tu ab achanak zyada active Rehne lagi hai.. Baby meri ek baat manegi?” asked Sidharth and Shehnaaz nodded..
He continued, “Khali dimag rahega na to phone pe dhyan jaega tera.. Kuch time pass dhundh.. Kyu ke ek baar hamara shoot ho jaega uske baad tere pass zyada kaam nai hai.. Song recording hai wo zyada time nai lega.. I want you to be busy..”
“Mai dekh lungi…. Mere dimag me aisa idea aaya hai ki mai subhe tere sath nai aaungi. Mai lunch khud bana ke tere set pe lunch time pe aaya karungi fir jaise tera schedule hoga us hisab se dekhungi rukna hai ya ghar wapas jana hai.. Jis din ruk gayi us din tera shoot hote hue dekhungi, jis din nai ruki us din dinner bhi Mai hi banaungi..” said Shehnaaz making Sidharth look at her with awe..
“Meri Jaan, you are the best..” said Sidharth pressing his lips on her forehead..
They were talking casually, while holding hands and being as close to each other as possible.. Both their phones got multiple notifications at once..
They checked and saw Jay and Mahhi had sent them photos and videos of SidNaaz playing with Tara.. They smiled as they looked at each of it and Sidharth suddenly remembered what he promised Shehnaaz earlier..
“Baby, meri baat sun..” said Sidharth and Shehnaaz just looked at him and hummed..
“You remember I made a promise that we will have our baby after the shoot of our web series will end..”
“Haa Yaad hai… ab kya?”
“I am so sorry baby.. Thoda sa ruk ja.. I promise this will be my last work.. Uske baad pakka.. Ye project meri life se related nai hota na to mai ready ho jata bache ke liye.. I am ready but it’s just that I want to be with you in all the nine months and take care of you.. So, I want every shoot of mine to end and all my time will be yours and our little baby’s.”
Shehnaaz blushed as he mentioned about all this and hugged him tight.. “Bebu, sorry mat bol.. Mai samjh sakti hu.. Lekin aisa thodi hai ki hamara bacha hoga to tu acting karna hi chor dega..”
“Meri Jaan, I have plans for that too.. Fatherhood has been my dream since I took Naira in my arms for the first time.. I want to cherish every moment of it.. I won’t stop acting but I will definitely take a break until the baby starts going to the school.. Or at least, when the baby learns to talk walk and talk.. Damn, I can’t wait for that moment.. Mai ek do din se tujhse kam Baat kar raha hu.. Did you notice that I have been on the phone quite a lot these days?” asked Sidharth and she nodded.. “Haa. Kiya notice.. Kya kar raha tha?”
“I was planning our future baby.. I have decided to be a producer now.. I will be co-producing with a big producer in the industry.. He is a friend, Mr. Aditya Kapoor.. His children aren’t interested in this industry and hence they have their own businesses.. Aadi needed someone as a partner and I approached him.. He produces reality shows, daily soaps and a few regional movies.. I will be a 49% partner with him..” informed Sidharth…
Shehnaaz was quite impressed with his planning and his seriousness towards fatherhood..
“Mai kya hi bolu.. Sidharth, tu best hai.. Best.. Mai.. Um…” She didn’t have words, so she simply took his lips in hers and kissed him with passion….
He wrapped his arms around her pulling her closer and kissed her back… “I love you, Sidharth!”
“I love you so much more than these words could ever express..” said Sidharth and kissed her forehead.. Her eyes welled up as she heard everything her dearest husband had planned..
He smiled as he wiped her tears, “Aise nai ro na.. Bacha ke rakh ye aasu jab tujhe seventh month of pregnancy ke baad Punjab jana hoga, mere bina..”
“Maine ni jana tujhe chor ke.. Kabhi bhi nahi..” said Shehnaaz and more tears fell from her eyes.. “Arey Mera baby, mai to mazak kar rhaa hai.. I won’t leave you alone like this.. Relax na please..”
“Tu aisa hi rahega na.. Badal to nai jaega na.. Hum thik rahenge na..” asked Shehnaaz..
“Ha mera bacha.. Hum hamesha sath rahenge.. Maine kaha tha na Pehle Bhi, duniya ki koi cheez Hume alag nai kar sakti.. Aur Shadi aisa bandhan hai jise Bhagwan banata hai.. Agar duniya ki koi cheez hai kar sakti alag, to Bhagwan bhi khud ka banaya hua rishta alag nai karega.. We will be absolutely together and strong.. Together as one soul.”
Man, when Sidharth Shukla confesses he sounds so cute and hot all at once.. Shehnaaz was falling for him even more..
“I trust you Sidharth.. I trust US!”
“Just maintain that trust.. This is an exam and we have to pass this stage of life and still remain together.. Keep that in mind Shehnaaz.” Said Sidharth..
They were in each other’s arms when Sidharth’s phone rang and Kaushal informed about everyone reaching his studio..
“Chal baby, come with me.. Everyone has come.. I will introduce you to the whole cast..” said Sidharth and they got up, adjusted their clothes a little and walked hand in hand to Sidharth’s conference room..
“Welcome to Little Space guys.. My very own studio designed by none other than my wife, Shehnaaz Sidharth Shukla..” he said as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and continued, “Please have a seat everyone.. We will start the meeting right away.. It’s a Saturday and I’d like to finish the work soon. I hope you guys understand.. Now, I would like Kaushal to continue with this..” concluded Sidharth and sat along with Shehnaaz and Riya on his either side…
Kaushal spoke about all the terms and conditions of Sidharth.. His weekend holidays.. His terms of not adding any more intimate scenes except for the last one.. And everything in detail.. Also, Shehnaaz’s presence in the shoot location was very important.
Everything was accepted by the Team and the paper signing work began..
There were a lot of papers and Sidharth was tired of signing.. His hands were sweating..
Shehnaaz got up to get a tissue for him and asked Mehul to arrange for some tea and snacks.. He was already preparing it with the help of a girl and Shehnaaz came back..
She saw the cast talking among themselves and Sidharth has a habit of clinging onto people since childhood. He was listening to the Little change in the script and the director was sitting a little away.. Sidharth bent towards the director who was sitting next to Riya and his head was rested on Riya’s chair..
Shehnaaz wasn’t much effected.. She knew it was all work and nothing personal.. She walked into the bedroom and rested for a while..
She fell asleep and didn’t wake up for an hour.. She dreamt about Sidharth and Riya being together and woke up with a jerk.. She got up and walked out to see Sidharth and Riya reading from the same script with minimal distance between them… Sidharth heard the door opening and looked at her terrified face..
