CHAPTER 86 NURTURING US

Sidharth slept well along with her in his arms.. She woke up first and remembered the other day and the way Sidharth pampered her and complimented her…
She smiled and shifted a little but her efforts were in vain as she was pulled back again in his arms… She kissed his knuckles and he smiled in his sleep..
He nuzzled his nose on her neck and she blushed… She wanted to get away but he wasn’t letting go off her.. “Leti reh na baby… Kal itne shadi wale outfits pehene lekin shadi ke baad wali cheez to hue hi nai..” He whispered and bit her earlobe.. She winced making him suck it to soothe the pain…
He was teasing her to no end and she became a ball of cute blush all the morning… They got a call from Vikas asking them to come a bit early making Sidharth groan in irritation…
“Aise mayus mat ho, sham me ghar bhi to jaldi aaenge na Bebu..” She cooed hugging him as he dragged her to the bathroom to shower together….
“Phone to utha le pehle..” said Shehnaaz making Sidharth scrunch his nose… He looked at his phone and it was message asking them to come a little early..
They showered and had a quick breakfast and left for work…
As they were getting ready for the shoot, Shehnaaz had to wear a fake baby bump.. Their show had taken a leap and were showing the last few months of Shehnaaz’s pregnancy..
Sidharth was in awe of her, tears rolled down his eyes as he imagined the future… Shehnaaz didn’t notice as she was nervous shooting something like this.. Sidharth wiped his tears and they went to do their shoot.. In the scene, Shehnaaz had a complication in the pregnancy and it was an emotional scene.. Sidharth felt a pain in his heart and he got emotional in real.. Once the shot ended Shehnaaz hugged Sidharth tight.. She dragged him to the vanity and locked the door from inside…
Sidharth made her sit on the corner of the bed and he wrapped himself around her… Shehnaaz rubbed his back and ran her fingers in his hair trying to calm him down, “Mera Bebu, sirf shoot tha na.. Shant ho ja…” She kept showering him with kisses all over his face… He wasn’t calming down, “Agar hamare sath kuch aisa hua toh?” murmured Sidharth.. Shehnaaz made him come out of her stomach and held his face in her hands, she caressed his face softly and took his lips in hers..
He wasn’t kissing her back.. He was being too emotional.. He is a soft baby.. “Sidharth, abhi kuch bhi nai hua hai.. Tu abhi se sochna band kar.. abhi kaam pe dhyan de… Abhi kafi sari cheeze hai hamare pass karne ke liye.. Mera Bacha, abhi sirf hum hi hai ek dusre ke bache.. Tu abhi se fikar karna band kar…”
Sidharth somehow calmed down a bit and hugged her tight.. “Shehnaaz!” He called her name holding her tighter..
“Acha sun, Tara ke pass chal… Aayi hai wo… Tera thoda mood sahi ho jaega…” said Shehnaaz wiping his tears away…
He washed his face, they both freshened up and got out of the vanity…
As they entered, they saw Jay and Mahhi in a heated argument.. They stopped when SidNaaz entered..
“oh sorry, the driver said you directly asked to come in with Tara without knocking so we came.. Is everything alright?” asked Sidharth..
“Bhai, there’s a big family issue happening in my village back home.. Khushi aur Raj to mere mummy daddy ke sath reh lenge.. We are worried about Tara.. House help ke sath wo din me reh leti hai but she needs me to sleep.. We can’t take her there. Because of the drama happening in Mahhi’s extended family..”
Sidharth and Shehnaaz looked at each other and then Sidharth spoke, “If you want, we will take her with us for the weekend.. Any which ways we don’t do anything as such in these two days.. We just go to Little Space.. This time we will stay home and take care of Tara..”
Jay and Mahhi looked at each other and then at SidNaaz.. Sidharth was carrying Tara in his arms and she didn’t cry when she saw her parents.. She had become comfortable with both of them and Jay Mahhi agreed..
Mahhi hugged Shehnaaz thanking her and said, “Tara ka samaan bhej deti hu mai..”
“Mai aake le leti hu.. Uska routine bata do meko, kaunsi cheez kab lagti hai..” said Shehnaaz and Mahhi agreed..
Shehnaaz turned towards Sidharth and hugged him from the side informing him that, “Mai aati hu Tara ka samaan leke..”
He smiled at her and was sitting with Jay… He suddenly stopped Shehnaaz, “Ruk baby, mai bhi aata hu..” saying so he walked behind her with Shehnaaz…
She chuckled at him and they went to Mahhi’s place… Sidharth paid attention to everything she told them about Tara and headed back home..
Thankfully, Tara was happy with Sidharth and Shehnaaz.. He was holding her all through the way, not letting Shehnaaz hold Tara even once..
Shehnaaz held all of Tara’s stuff and they walked home.. “Tara Baby!” cooed Sidharth, “You will be staying here bache.. With me and Sana masi..” said Sidharth kissing Tara’s forehead…
They went home, settled Tara’s things in their bedroom.. Sidharth was playing with Tara, making her drink water every now and then… He also made her sleep in the late evening for an hour as she usually sleeps..
Sidharth finally left Tara making sure she was comfortable and then went to Shehnaaz.. She was preparing food for Tara, smashed boiled veggies..
He hugged her from behind, nuzzling into her neck.. He pressed his lips on her shoulder and tightened his grip around her.. “I am sorry baby..”
“Sidharth, sorry mat bol.. Mai samjh sakti hu.. Zaruri tha tere liye bacho ke sath rehna… Mai to tujhe aur Tara ko sath dekh ke bho acha lagta hai…” said Shehnaaz.. She rubbed his arm which was around her and they spent a little personal time together, changed their clothes and had a quick light dinner…
As they went in to check on Tara, she was shifting in her sleep… Shehnaaz held her in her arms and cradled her making her sleep again… She didn’t kept Tara on the bed, she kept holding her… Sidharth got a call to attend and he picked it up.. Jay and Mahhi had reached the village and had called to know how their daughter was…
“Bhai, she is fine.. Don’t worry.. I will keep stealing her from you guys till we have our own baby.. even after that, we will have her with us like an elder sister for our child…” said Sidharth and his answer made Jay calm and comfortable regarding Tara and he had a proper mindset to handle the drama of Mahhi’s family….
(Guys, I am not going in details about what happened with Jay and Mahhi… Just focusing on SidNaaz and Tara.)
Once Sidharth came back, he found Tara getting up from her nap and smiling as Shehnaaz kissed her little nose..
“Baby, uth gaya.. Mera bacha!” She cooed and Tara laughed and smiled… Sidharth came forward, “Shehnaaz, laa mujhe de Tara ko, tu khana leke aaja iska..”
She agreed and handed Tara to Sidharth.. She filled food in Tara’s special plate which she liked and came to the bedroom…
“Tara baby, dekho masi kya leke aayi hai..” Tara looked at Shehnaaz and moved her hands up and down in excitement, “Num-Num” said Tara in her baby voice, indicating food..
Sidharth made Tara sit comfortably on his lap and Shehnaaz started feeding her.. She loved the food and so, SidNaaz had a calm dinner with Tara..
Shehnaaz cleaned her mouth, changed her diaper and her clothes… They were about to go to sleep…
Sidharth was being extra careful, they had made Tara sleep in between them..
Sidharth had kept his palm on her stomach, patting it softly every now and then… Shehnaaz kind of missed sleeping in his arms but her eyes were stuck on the way he was handling Tara…
She clicked a few pictures of them together and fell asleep…
They were woken by Tara’s high pitched crying noise…
What will happen now? What happened to Tara? How will SidNaaz handle a crying baby…? Stay Tuned!
