Chloe had been trying to convince Charlotte to tell Tom that he was the father of her baby but she was adamant that Eddie wouldn't be happy. That day Chloe was getting ready for school when the doorbell rang "Chloe something for you" Chloe frowned and went downstairs "what?" Rachel handed Chloe a bunch of pink roses "you have a secret admirer" Chloe smirked knowing they were from Max "yeah, seems I have" Rachel smiled "go finish getting ready for school" Chloe nodded and went back upstairs and checked her phone seeing a message from Max -

*Max - Hope you liked the flowers.

*Chloe - they were nice, thanks

*Max - see you at school.

Chloe didn't reply instead she finished her hair "Chloe come on" Chloe again went downstairs and saw Aubree crawling "hey baba" Aubree stopped crawling and grinned at Chloe "awh you're so beautiful".

Arriving at school Chloe noticed Danielle talking to Charlotte so she walked over to them "what's going on?" Danielle turned to Chloe "her, she's pathetic, getting pregnant by someone she doesn't know" Chloe noticed Chlo stand beside her "take Aubree for me?" Chlo took Aubree and Chloe turned back to Danielle "listen here Harker, back off, you're nothing special! Just some self obsessed cow" Danielle glared "says the one who got knocked up by Mr.Tyler! What a tart" Chloe smirked and turned to Chlo "take her creche?" Chlo nodded and walked off with Aubree.

Once Chlo had gone Chloe looked at Danielle "you gonna say that again? Because I am daring you too" Danielle grinned "you are a tart" Chloe smirked and punched Danielle "why did you do that?" Chloe looked at her "you don't call me a tart and say my mate is pathetic and get away with it" Chloe went to walk away when Danielle grabbed her hair "listen here, you're nothing Danielle, even Bolton won't go with you, what does that say?" Danielle was crying "Chloe I'm so sorry" Chloe scoffed "shove your apology" Chloe took Charlotte's hand and walked away.

Max saw the altercation between Chloe and Danielle which made him confused as he though they were close friends, he decided he would talk to Chloe about it during registration. Chloe arrived at the office "you wanted me?" Max smirked "yes, what was the altercation between you and Danielle" Chloe rolled her eyes "she's a self obsessed cow who needs putting in her place" Max smirked "there is no violence in this school" Chloe smirked "I'm aware, I'm reminded of that everyday" Max smirked "good".

Chloe sat in maths and she was dying of boredom "Chloe can you tell me the answer to this?" Chloe looked at the board "erm nope, because I wasn't paying attention" Eddie sighed "get to the cooler" Chloe rolled her eyes but left the classroom and went to the cooler.

As soon as the lesson ended Chloe went to leave the cooler when Max walked in "why are you in here?" Chloe smirked "wasn't paying attention in maths" Max looked at her and walked towards to her and grabbed her collar pulling her towards him "we shouldn't" Max smirked "there's noone around" Chloe grinned and kissed him.

Rachel was walking through the corridor when saw Chloe kissing Max again so she walked into the cooler "seriously Chloe?" Chloe pulled away from Max and frowned "mum" Rachel was glaring at Max "you're evil, manipulating her again" Max smirked and Chloe scoffed "he's not manipulating me, I kissed him if you must know" Chloe walked out the cooler leaving Max and Rachel "stay away from my daughter, she doest need this" Max looked at Rachel "you heard her, she kissed me" Rachel rolled her eyes "she would say that, she's defending you".

Chloe was walking through the corridor when she saw her dad "you shouldn't be here" Simon smirked "can't I visit my daughter?" Chloe glared "not when I'm giving evidence against you" Simon frowned "you're doing that?" Chloe nodded "I want you locked up for good" Simon smirked "if I get sent down you won't get away with it" Chloe rolled her eyes and took a step towards her dad "you're evil scum and I hope you rot" Chloe paled when her dad pulled a gun out of his pocket "what? You're seriously gonna shoot your own daughter?" Simon shook his head "not you" Chloe frowned as her dad pointed the gun towards his head "goodbye Chloe" Chloe paled as he pulled the trigger "NO!".

Max and Rachel continued their argument when they heard the gunshot and Rachel paled "Chloe" they both left the cooler and saw Chloe standing there "Chloe?" Chloe turned to her mum and she had blood on her "what happened?" Chloe couldn't speak she was too shocked "Chloe answer me" "h-he killed himself" Rachel paled "Max call an ambulance and the police and get Chris to get the students out of here" Max nodded and for once he did what Rachel asked him.

Rachel looked at Chloe "Chloe look at me, did he hurt you? Before he killed himself, did he hurt you?" Chloe shook her head "no, he didn't" Rachel nodded "let's get you out of here" Chloe was frozen in place "Rach I heard the gunshot, what happened?" Eddie took a look at Simon's body and paled "Chloe what happened?" "He killed himself Eddie" Eddie looked at Chloe and saw the vulnerability in her "get her out of here" Rachel took Chloe to the office where Chris,Max and Kim were "Chloe are you alright?" Chloe didn't speak instead she stared blankly ahead "Kim can you go and collect Aubree and bring her here?" Kim nodded and left.

Rachel eventually got Chloe home but the police needed to speak with her about what happened "darling the police want too talk to you tomorrow" Chloe nodded "I'm going to bed" Rachel nodded "I'll watch Aubree for you tonight" Chloe nodded "okay".

Once Chloe got in bed she received text messages from Charlotte,Chlo,Janeece,Bolton and Aleesha -

*Lottie - Eddie told me, I'm so sorry! Msg if you wanna talk xoxoxoxo

*Chlo - OMG!! I'm so sorry :(, I'm here xoxoxo

*Janeece - Chloe I'm so sorry!! Xx

*Bolton - what's happened is bad, I'm ere 4 ya C xoxoxo

*Aleesha - I'm sorry for ur loss, and 4 what happened with Danielle! Xo

Chloe didn't reply instead she fell into a restless sleep having nightmares about what happened and wishing she had one more chance to say goodbye to her dad.
