Chloe was refusing to speak to Max, she didn't want to be hurt like she was when she found out he was using her. That morning Chloe woke and looked at Aubree "come on baby girl. Wakey wakey" Aubree opened her eyes and giggled "mama" Chloe's eyes welled with pride "Aubree mummy loves you so much" Aubree smiled as Chloe started getting her dressed. Rachel left the house around 08:00am.

When they arrived at school Chloe saw Max and felt her eyes water "Chloe, why are you upset?" Chloe sighed "nothing, I've got something in my eye" Rachel nodded "I'll take Aubree if you want" Chloe smiled "thanks mum" Rachel took Aubree from Chloe and walked off. Chloe made her way into the building when her phone went off, looking she saw a text from Max -

*Max - come to the office.

Chloe didn't reply but she made her way to the office "what?" Max sighed "Chloe, I do care" Chloe rolled her eyes "you used me though, when you said you 'wanted' me did you mean it? Or was it just an excuse too get me into bed?" Max took her hand "at first I didn't care, and then you told me you were pregnant" Chloe sighed "I need proof you care" Max nodded "I will prove it" Chloe again sighed and walked out the office.

Charlotte was still in shock that she had slept with Chloe's uncle and she knew if Chloe found out then she would hate her and she didn't want that "Charlotte" Charlotte turned to Chloe "hi" Chloe frowned "are you alright?" Charlotte nodded "yeah" Chloe smiled "you coming to registration?" Charlotte shook her head "not yet" Chloe shrugged and walked off over to Chlo "is she alright?" Chloe shrugged "I don't know" Chlo looked at Charlotte "she looks down" Chloe nodded "I know, she won't talk too me though" Chlo thought for a second "how about I talk to her?" Chloe shrugged "whatevs" Chlo grinned and walked over to Charlotte "Chloe thinks you're not talking to her" Charlotte sighed "I am" Chlo nodded "well come over here with us" Charlotte shook her head "I'm fine here" Chlo nodded and walked back over to Chloe "she is talking to you" Chloe smiled at Charlotte who gave a small smile back.

Michael arrived in school still thinking about the night he and Charlotte spent together, he knew it was unprofessional but he enjoyed it. Walking into the staffroom he saw Rachel "Michael is everything okay?" Michael nodded "yeah" Rachel smiled "you're like Chloe, she's in her own little bubble today" Michael laughed "I don't blame her" Rachel grinned and left leaving Michael to think about Charlotte.

In registration Charlotte sat with Jess and Chloe sat with Chlo "its normally the other way round" Chloe nodded "yeah" Chlo sighed "have you two had an argument you don't remember?" Chloe shook her head "erm nope" Chlo grinned "you can't remember can you?" Chloe sighed "we've not had an argument" Chlo nodded and Tom began the register.

Max was sitting in the office thinking of a way to prove to Chloe that he didn't regret Aubree and that he loved her. He didn't know how long he had been thinking when Chris came in "Max we have a problem" Max looked at him "what?" "Jonah Kirby and Cescah Montoya have gone off to get married" Max frowned "gone where?" "Gretna Green" Max sighed "get the police and contact Jonah's parents" Chris nodded and left.

Chloe heard about Jonah and Miss.Montoya "remind you of anything?" Chloe turned to Chlo "what?" Chlo grinned "you and Mr.Tyler" Chloe groaned "Chlo! I didn't need reminding about that" Chlo laughed "I'm sorry. This is just how your affair was revealed" Chloe rolled her eyes "no, mine was revealed by my dim-witted cousin in the middle of the talent show" Chlo was laughing just as Charlotte came past "where are you going?" Charlotte sighed "nowhere, I'm just thinking" Chloe frowned as Charlotte walked off "is she alright?" Chlo shrugged "I'll go talk to her?" Chloe shook her head "I'll go, its me that's clearly pissed her off" Chlo nodded and Chloe went after Charlotte.

Charlotte stood in the toilets crying as Chloe came in "what's happened? You've been ignoring me all day and I don't know why" Charlotte sighed "you'll hate me" Chloe frowned "how could I? You're practically my sister" "because you're gonna hate me, like Chlo hated me before" Chloe frowned "what's happened? You know you can talk to me" Charlotte looked at Chloe "I don't want you too hate me" Chloe smiled "the only way I'd hate you was if you said you and Max were married" Charlotte let out a watery smiled "Charl tell me" Charlotte took a deep breath "I slept with Michael" Chloe smiled "that it?" Charlotte frowned "you're not mad?" Chloe shook her head "no, I'm not mad, I could tell that something was bound to happen between you" Charlotte smiled as Chloe hugged her "no matter what you do I'll never hate you, me, you and Chlo are the new and improved Unholy Trinity" Charlotte laughed.

Max made his way to the creche and saw Chloe sitting in there with a sleeping Aubree "Chloe?" Chloe looked up at Max and stood to leave "wait" Chloe turned back to him "what? What could you possibly have to say to me?" Max sighed "I've told you before, I care about you and I don't regret Aubree" Chloe scoffed "course you do" Chloe went to leave when Max took her hand and pulled her towards him "I love you" Chloe stood there shocked "what?" "You heard" Chloe couldn't believe what he said "you're just saying that" Max smirked and planted a kiss on her cheek Chloe left the creche shocked not believing what she heard.

Chloe walked through the corridor when Rachel approached her "Chloe is everything alright?" Chloe nodded although she was deep in thought "you in your own little world again?" Chloe again nodded "yeah" Rachel smiled "okay".

Charlotte walked to the common room when Michael came up to her "hello Charlotte" Charlotte smiled "hi" Michael took her hand "I haven't forgotten our night" Charlotte laughed "me either" Michael smiled and kissed her hand which made her blush "you are beautiful" Charlotte grinned "I'm really not" Michael nodded "you are, anyone would be lucky to have you" Charlotte smiled "thanks. I probably should go" Michael nodded "see you around" Charlotte grinned and walked to the common room.

Chloe was sitting in the common room when Charlotte walked in with a smile on her face "what's given you that grin?" Charlotte smiled "just someone being nice to me" Chloe smiled "okay" Charlotte sat opposite her "have you spoken to Max?" Chloe sighed "said he was going too prove that he cared" Charlotte smiled "that's good isn't it?" Chloe shrugged "I don't know if I'm honest" Charlotte sighed "he loves you Chloe, its easy to tell" Chloe smiled "you think?" Charlotte nodded "yeah, I noticed that when I got here" Chloe had a tears in her eyes "am I stupid to be in love with him?" Charlotte shook her head "I think, the heart wants what it wants" Chloe smiled "I love him and I'm convinced that there's gonna be noOne else" Charlotte grinned and hugged her.

Chloe made her way to the creche to get Aubree so she could go home "Bree come here" Aubree walked over to Chloe and she puck her up "come on baby, let's go" Aubree rested her head on Chloe's shoulder and fell asleep. Arriving home Chloe saw something on the doorstep which made her frown so she walked closer and saw it was a velvet box, she puck it up and opened it seeing a gold bracelet and a note which read -

* I do care about you and I will always care X

Chloe smiled and walked into the house leaving Aubree asleep in the pushchair she sent a text to Max -

*Chloe - I got your present. Why?

*Max - because I care Chloe. And I will continue to prove it

Chloe looked at Aubree and grinned "Aubree, you have the most amazing daddy on the planet" Chloe knew Aubree was asleep and not listening but she had to say it. That night when Chloe fell asleep she had a smile on her face.
