Chloe had been distant from Max since Philip had mentioned that Max didn't car about her or Aubree, she had ignored his text messages and phone calls and when he had Aubree then Rachel took her out to him. That morning while she was getting ready for school she looked at Aubree who had fallen asleep on her bed which made Chloe smile "Chloe, its time to leave" Chloe nodded "alright" Rachel smiled "are you alright?" Chloe again nodded "never better" Rachel sighed "what's happened? You refuse to take Aubree out to Max, has he done something to hurt you?" Chloe rolled her eyes "no, he hasn't hurt me" Rachel nodded "well let's go" Chloe puck Aubree up and tried not to wake her.

When they arrived at school Aubree was still asleep so Chloe gently took her from the carseat and carried her into school. While walking to the creche Chloe saw Max walking towards her "Chloe you can't avoid me" Chloe you can't avoid me forever" Chloe glared "yeah I can and I will" Chloe went to walk off when Max took her hand "seriously get off" Max looked at her "did you actually believe what he said?" Chloe rolled her eyes "you didn't exactly say anything too convince me otherwise" Max looked at Aubree who had woken up but she still looked sleepy "she's woken" Chloe nodded "that's right, change the subject" Max sighed as Chloe walked off.

Chloe had just dropped Aubree off in the creche and as she left she saw Charlotte standing outside "you okay?" Charlotte nodded "yeah I'm fine" Chloe smiled "isn't Chlo back in today?" Charlotte shrugged "haven't heard from her" Chloe frowned "come on, we got registration" Charlotte nodded. When they were outside the classroom Charlotte noticed Tom flirting with someone "er girls, this is Ms.Peyton and she's gonna be doing her training here" Chloe rolled her eyes and noticed the tears in Charlotte's eyes as she saw Tom and this other teacher flirting like the world was going to end.

Entering registration Tom noticed Charlotte looking down "Charlotte can you stay behind after registration?" Charlotte looked up and shook her head "no, I can't" Tom frowned "why not?" Chloe rolled her eyes as Charlotte spoke "I don't want to" Tom sighed and begun the register. Once registration was over Charlotte was the first one to leave "Chloe what's wrong with her?" Chloe looked at Tom and shrugged "no idea" Tom sighed as Chloe walked off.

Chloe made her way to the lesson where she saw Danielle trying to talk to Charlotte and she was ignoring her "Danielle go away" Danielle sighed just as Max came over "problem girls?" Chloe rolled her eyes and ignored him so he walked off "lovers tiff Chloe?" Chloe glared at Danielle "well if there was then I doubt you'd be able to worm your way into his bed" Charlotte smiled even though she was feeling down, Chloe grinned as Danielle walked off as Tom and the student teacher came over and Tom had his hand on her waist Charlotte scoffed which made Chloe frown "what?" Charlotte looked at her "him, one minute he says he loves me, the next he's all over blonde girls" Chloe sighed "ignore him" "its not that easy, I love him, I was going to have his baby" Chloe smiled "I know that feeling" "Max?" Chloe nodded "yeah, him" Charlotte smiled and Chloe had an idea "he's got a free now hasn't he?" Charlotte shrugged "cover for me" Charlotte frowned as Chloe walked off "Chloe?" Chloe turned back to her "I'll be back".

Tom was sitting in the staffroom alone when the door knocked so he went to answer "Chloe you should be in class" Chloe rolled her eyes "I need to talk too you" Tom sighed and invited Chloe in "what's this about?" Chloe looked at him "Charlotte and why she's being distant from you" Tom frowned "why's that?" Chloe took a deep breath "she thought you loved her, she was gonna have your baby and too see you all over some blonde girl makes her feel unloved" Tom sighed "I do love her, I can't be with her" Chloe frowned "why not?" "Chloe, I'm her teacher" Chloe rolled her eyes "Mr.Tyler teaches and I ended up in his bed" Tom again sighed "I couldn't be with her even if I wanted, Eddie" Chloe groaned "you're just coming up with excuses now" Chloe went to walk away but before she did she looked at Tom "true love should conquer everything" Tom sighed as Chloe walked out the staffroom.
