Chloe had refused to speak to Philip since he locked her in the house and nobody blamed her, Max didn't want him back in school but Rachel had told him that he deserved a second chance. That morning Chloe sat in her room trying to cover the bruise that was evident on her face "Chloe are you ready?" Chloe looked at her mum "I'm not going with this on my face" Rachel sighed "well I'm leaving in 15minutes" Chloe nodded "right okay" Rachel left the room and Chloe carried on covering her bruise.

When she arrived at school she saw Philip walking over to her "Chloe" Chloe paled "stay away from me" Philip sighed "Chloe you need to listen to me" Chloe rolled her eyes "no I don't, leave me alone" Philip tried to speak when Max came over "I believe she told you to leave her alone" Philip looked at him "I wanna talk to her" Chloe glared "just keep him away from me" Chloe puck Aubree up and walked off. When Max was sure Chloe was out of sight he looked at Philip "she tells you to leave her alone and you do it" Philip scoffed "she's my cousin" Max smirked and walked off.

Once Chloe had taken Aubree to the creche she went to meet with Charlotte, she found her standing outside "Chloe" Chloe smiled at Charlotte "hiya" Charlotte gave her a hug "you've done a good job covering the bruise" Chloe grinned "yeah, had to be done" Charlotte sighed "has Philip said anything?" Chloe nodded "yeah" Charlotte frowned "he's gonna get into a heap of trouble" Chloe shrugged "I don't care" Charlotte hugged Chloe again. As Chlo wasn't in school that day Charlotte and Chloe went to registration "so what's the gossip with you and Tom?" Charlotte laughed "there's nothing to tell" Chloe rolled her eyes "yeah right, there's always something to tell" Charlotte grinned "what's the gossip about you and Max?" Chloe shrugged "nothing to say, haven't spoken to him since Philip went crazy" Charlotte nodded "he won't do anything like that again".

Chloe and Charlotte went to science and Charlotte noticed Chloe looked pale "Chloe, are you okay?" Chloe smiled "yeah, bit of an headache" Charlotte frowned "maybe you should go to the nurse" Chloe shook her head "I'll be fine, it'll go soon" Charlotte nodded "if you're sure" "I'm sure" Charlotte smiled "okay". While in science Chloe wasn't paying attention "Chloe can I have a word outside?" Chloe rolled her eyes but followed Chris outside "I wanted to make sure that you were okay after what happened" Chloe sighed "I'm fine sir" Chris nodded "in you go".

After the science lesson Chloe and Charlotte went to P.E "I'm not in the mood for this" Charlotte grinned "you never are" "can you blame me, although I can see why you're eager for this lesson, getting to see a certain male teacher in shorts" Charlotte rolled her eyes but she had a grin on her face which made Chloe grin "I'm right aren't I?" "Maybe just a teeny bit" Chloe laughed "wow, I have mild intelligence" Charlotte hugged her "don't ever change" "I won't". Once everyone was outside Chloe noticed Charlotte staring at Tom "okay, I know you're truly madly deeply in love with him but quit gawping, you're making it oobvious" Charlotte groaned "I can't help it" Chloe rolled her eyes "think of something other than Mr.C in the shorts" "like what?" Chloe shrugged "I don't know" Charlotte grinned "you're an original" "don't ever forget that".

While everyone was playing football Chloe sat on the grass "Chloe why aren't you playing?" Chloe looked at Tom "because I have stomach ache and headache" Tom sighed "sit this match out then" Chloe nodded "thanks sir". Charlotte saw Chloe lying on the grass she walked over to her "what's wrong?" Chloe looked up "feeling sick" Charlotte frowned "you're not pregnant are you?" Chloe glared "no I'm bloody not" Charlotte sighed "you could be" Chloe rolled her eyes "I'm not pregnant, I think I'd know" Charlotte nodded "alright".

Once the P.E lesson had ended Chloe and Charlotte were standing in the corridor talking when Philip came over "I need to talk to you" Chloe glared "I believe you've been told to stay away from me" Philip sighed "Chloe you can't keep ignoring me" "erm yeah I can" "no you can't" Chloe rolled her eyes and she walked off with Charlotte.

Chloe couldn't believe the nerve of Philip saying that she needed to talk too him "where does he get off talking to me? I hate him" Charlotte sighed "when is Melissa coming for him?" Chloe shrugged "when she gets off her ass long enough to care" Charlotte smiled "let's just hope when she turns up she doesn't set her sights on Eddie again" Chloe groaned "don't jinx anything" Charlotte smiled "I reckon they'll be together forever" Chloe grinned "bit like you and Mr.C?" Charlotte rolled her eyes "more like you and a certain baby daddy" Chloe laughed.

Returning home Chloe saw Philip sitting on the sofa "Chloe please" Chloe looked at him "seriously, leave me alone" Philip was about to speak when Rachel walked in "is everything alright?" Chloe looked at her mum "he won't leave me alone, everywhere I've gone today he's been there" Rachel sighed "Philip, I told you not to keep going by her" Philip looked at Rachel "she's my cousin, and we live in the same house, that's impossible" Chloe rolled her eyes and walked upstairs with Aubree "Aubree, we have a messed up family" Aubree giggled and cuddled her teddy which made Chloe smile.

Chloe had just got Aubree to sleep when her phone rang and she saw it was Max -

(Phonecall)

Chloe - hello?

Max - outside

Chloe - okay

Max - hurry

(Phonecall)

Chloe got her cardigan on and went outside where Max's car was "what's wrong?" Max glared "anything you want to tell me?" Chloe frowned "what you on about?" Max looked at her "are you pregnant?" Chloe frowned "no, who told you that?" "Your cousin" Chloe was shocked "I'm not pregnant" Max was about to speak when Philip came over "why is he here?" Chloe glared "you told him that I was pregnant?" Philip nodded "I want to see the resentment in your eyes when he walked away" Chloe was shocked "why would you say that?" Philip shrugged "because he doesn't want you or Aubree, he never has and never will" Chloe looked at Max with tears in her eyes "is that true?" Max didn't speak so Chloe walked back into the house and ran up to her room where climbed into her bed and fell asleep with tears in her eyes.
