Quirk 1 - Angel: When fully activated, she has large white wings. She can send out individual feathers, but once unattached to the wings, they can't reattach. All used feathers will grow back within 12 hours. The individual feathers can be used to treat wounds, they latch onto the injured site and dissolve, as it dissolves it heals the injury. The feathers also relay sensory information through vibrations (sorta like echolocation) and thermal energy.
She can suppress her wings so that they're hidden, but she can still summon individual feathers for use, even if her wings aren't fully out.

Important facts about OC -
She is blind, has a scar running across her face from the ends of each eye. During the day, she does not wear any sunglasses or anything to cover her eyes, but at night while working as a Vigilant she wears a white blindfold to cover her eyes.
Having been blind since a young age, OC's other senses are well trained and heightened so that she can live a fairly normal life without her sight.
Due to her quirks, she is slightly stronger and faster than normal even without having to activate them.
Combat style - close combat with 2 short swords for weapons. I imagine them as the Angel Blades from Supernatural, but slightly longer.
