"Ah! Angel-sensei I was looking for you!"
Himitsu was just about to follow Aizawa into the teacher's lounge when an unfamiliar student grabbed her attention. The vigilante analyzes the figure, trying to find any recognizable features, and realizes he's not alone. There's another boy a few feet behind the one who called out to her, he's lankier with a slightly slouched posture. They're both pretty tall so they're probably not first years, and one of them is super buff, almost pure muscle. But I don't think I recognize either of them.
"Togata, what do you need?" Aizawa asks as he comes back out, realizing Shiro hadn't walked in with him.
"Oh Eraser! Hi! You're looking much better now that you're all healed. I just wanted to ask Angel-sensei something! Sorry if that's not what you go by, but I don't know your name so I can't think of anything else to call you!" Togata says with a huge smile while punching his fist into their air repeatedly.
The white haired woman's eyebrows raise in surprise, "What can I do for you? Many of my students call me Himitsu-sensei, but you can call me whatever you feel comfortable with."
"Okay thanks! Do you happen to remember a little boy that got bullied on a playground when his quirk manifested. Would've been around 14 years ago, you played with him on the playground for a few years before he moved away."
Everyone watched as a smile grew on her face and the edges of her eyes crinkled with delight, "Of course I do, we'd play and eat takoyaki together. I helped him understand his quirk a little better and he always liked showing me new things he could do. Why do you ask?" Her question was met with silence, but Togata had turned towards the figure behind him and was gesturing at him. The said boy, however, was visibly shaking and looking down at his feet, ignoring his friend. Getting a little irritated with how long the conversation was taking since he was hungry, Aizawa spoke up, "Is there something else you need Togata, Amajiki?"
The timid boy visibly jumped at being addressed and looked up at the two adults a few feet in front of him. "I-I uh... D-do you remember h-his n-name?"
Shiro's smile turns into a slight pout, "Unfortunately I only remember his first name and the nickname I called him, I'm not sure if he ever told me his surname. But he was an adorable little boy with little pointed ears, he called me Ami-nee and I called him Tama-chan."
Amajiki's eyes lit up and glossed over and his lips started to quiver, Aizawa watched in slight confusion while Togata was smiling softly, happy for his best friend. Shiro slowly started to piece everything together when she noticed the edges of Amajiki's ears poking through his hair, and asked, "Are you Tam-"
She was cut off when the shy stuttering boy suddenly crashed into her, holding her in a tight hug. Aizawa's eyes widened with shock, Amajiki never really touches anyone, let alone hug them. "I-I missed y-you so m-much Ami-nee, I thought y-you had f-for-forgotten about me, and I moved a-away so s-suddenly. I thought t-that if y-you remembered m-me, you w-would've been m-mad that I left y-you, so I w-was t-too scared to a-approach you..." Currently his face was bent down, buried in her neck because of their current height difference. To make him feel the comfort and warmth of nostalgia, Shiro gently floats into the air, now wrapping her hands around Tamaki's head and holding him to her chest, just as she did when he was younger.
"Of course I remember you, I loved seeing you every week at the playground, it was something I looked forward to. And I would never be mad at you Tama-chan, you moving wasn't even within your control," Shiro says softly as she runs her fingers through Amajiki's soft hair, causing him to melt into her embrace. "I'm so glad you approached me, I would never have guessed that we'd be reunited like this."
