"Are you sure you should be pushing yourself like this?" Aizawa says with concern written all over his face. He's absentmindedly rubbing Mitsu's stomach from behind her as she gets ready to keep lookout in the forest for the first night.

"I'm barely along Sho, besides, I'm just flying around to make sure nobody strays too close to the camp, there's nothing to worry about. I'm doing it tonight because the Pussycats cooked dinner, after today, they said they'll be doing the lookout," Mitsu reassures him while placing her hands over his. He'd become super protective of her ever since he found out she was pregnant, even though he knew she didn't need his protection. It was especially apparent during meal times where he'd watch her like a hawk, making sure she ate enough and got the proper nutrition she needed.

Aizawa really tried to be subtle about it, but all of Mitsu's kids could see it clear as day and it amused them to no end. It was rare for them to see anyone fuss over their mom this much, at least aside from their uncle that they haven't seen for months now.

Now that they were at camp, constantly surrounded by other people, Aizawa was forced to keep it to himself. So when he was finally alone with her, of course all the pent up overprotectiveness came out full force.

"I know... just promise me that if you get tired at all, that you come back and rest," Aizawa huffs as he wraps his arms around her, pressing a kiss to the crown of her head.

"I promise," Mitsu has to bite her lip to keep herself from giggling, but then she remembers something that's been bothering her since they arrived at the camp earlier that day. "Hey Sho? Have Hajime and Kiyoomi seemed a little tense to you?"

Aizawa rests his chin on the top of her head while he thinks, "I can't really tell with Kiyoomi, but Hajime definitely seems like he's been on edge ever since we got here."

Mitsu frowns, I wonder what's been bothering him... I hope he's at least talking to someone about it instead of bottling it up.

"FUCK!!"

Hajime yells in frustration for probably the millionth time while at the summer training camp. His knuckles are nearly broken with how many times he's slammed them into the ground or a tree in frustration.

I can't figure out how to work around this! I'm the only one not getting better! What the fuck am I supposed to do?! I can't do anything by myself! I'm fucking useless!!

At first, Hajime had trained with Kirishima to help the younger student with his control and technique, but also to further Hajime's control over his own quirk. But he felt like he wasn't improving, and that it wouldn't solve the problem he had while fighting All Might. So, he approached Mitsu and asked her to basically treat him like a punching bag so he could figure out a way to get out of a situation like that if it ever arose again.

But at the current rate things are going, Hajime is convinced that he'll never be able to figure it out, and it infuriated him to no end. He'd been sneaking out a night to practice, or to go destroy a tree to vent his frustrations. So by the third day, he was exhausted, and his patience was wearing thin.

"Hajime," Mitsu calls out sternly, grabbing his attention, "Why are you insisting that you need to be able to do this by yourself. It's okay if you can't beat me or All Might, that's nothing to be ashamed of. Besides, you've beaten me with your siblings plenty of times."

"Because! I'm the oldest! I have a responsibility to be able to protect them! If we ever come across a villain and I get stuck in this situation, I can't help them! Or any other hero that I happen to work with! I'm useless, all I can do is work as a distraction or something, but they'll all still be in danger if that's all I can do!" Hajime couldn't do much to hide the whining in his voice. At this point he's huffing, having grown emotional and with everything else going on, he was out of breath and beyond tired.
