Ch 19 - A New Family Member

Once Shiro finished healing all of the spectators, she made her way to the infirmary to quickly check up on Endeavor. As much as she disliked him, she obviously wanted to make sure he was okay, since she could have caused some major damage.

Upon arrival she lightly knocked on the door, and slowly slid it open, as to not disturb anyone else that may be there. Endeavor was the only one there, and he was simply sitting on the bed with his back against the headboard, staring up at the ceiling.

"Well it looks like you're fine, so I'll be leaving now," the white haired female turns around to head back out the door, but the flame hero stops her.

"Why do you talk about him in the present tense?"

Shiro freezes in place, contemplating her answer. "Like I said, you never found his body so you can't confirm he's dead." Without waiting for a response, she leaves the room and makes her way back to the commentary booth. She hears Mic announce that the first matchup is starting and that it's Midoriya vs. Shinso.

I hope Shinso doesn't get too hurt... he's still getting his strength back. She quietly opens the door to the booth where the twins, Arisa, Aizawa, and Mic are. The twins run up to her and hug her legs, congratulating her and saying she did a good job fighting the bad man.

She lovingly pats both of their heads, and then makes her way to Aizawa to leave a quick peck on his cheek and whispers 'ᵗʰᵃⁿᵏ ʸᵒᵘ ᶠᵒʳ ʷᵃᵗᶜʰᶦⁿᵍ ᵒᵘᵗ ᶠᵒʳ ᵐᵉ', before returning to the monitor and having the boys sit on her lap.

Once again the boys start to do their own commentary for Shiro since she can't actually see the fight from the monitor. Saying that Sleepy-niichan made Broccoli-niichan freeze and stop fighting. And that Broccoli-niichan is walking towards the edge of the stage now. Well at least his quirk allows him to participate in these matches without putting a physical strain on him, Shiro thinks to herself.

"His quirk is so cool!!!" The twins simultaneously yell. The vigilante looks down at them and smiles, "I think so too boys."

"YOOO WHAT WAS THAT BLAST?!?!"

"Mama, Mama, Broccoli-niichan did something that made the stage explode!!"

"I heard Hiro, do you know what he did?" Evidently he did not, and he shook his head. Haru, on the other hand, did see what happened. "I think Broccoli-niichan used his quirk and flicked the floor really hard, like you did with the bad man earlier, Mama."

Shiro hums at Haru's explanation, "Good observation Haru," she commends while petting his soft hair. Hmm so it is possible to get out of his brainwash... and obviously once someone knows how it works it'd be hard for him to use it on them again. I wonder if...

"LOOKS LIKE THE FIRST ROUND GOES TO MIDORIYAAAA!"

"I'm gonna go to Shinso really quick," Shiro announces. "Mama, can we meet Sleepy-niichan too?" The vigilante thinks for a moment and responds, "I'll see if he wants to come in."

As she leaves the commentator booth, she continues to think about her idea with helping Shinso, I wonder if he could pull it off. If he can, he'd be one formidable hero.

As she gets closer to the 1-C tunnel she's able to hear some sniffles. An ache forms in her chest as she approaches the fluffy haired figure. Shiro reaches her hand out to cup Shinso's face and wipe his tears, "Why are you crying Shinso?"
