Ch 30 - Game Over

"IT'S MAMA!"

Aizawa, Vlad, and Nezu's eyes flick to where the twins are pointing on the screen where a figure with long white hair suddenly appeared. The news broadcasters must've noticed too since the camera started to zoom in on the mysterious woman crumpled on the floor.

They had all been watching as All Might and All For One were fighting, but suddenly a new figure appeared. As the screen started to zoom and focus on Mitsu, the more people's hearts sunk as they realized who it was. AFO had transported a broken Angel Vigilante for all of Japan to see.

"Oh my god! It's the Angel Vigilante! She looks like she's in critical condition, wh-"

The reporter's voice gets caught in their throat when Mitsu's limp body got stabbed by All For One's tendrils. They watched in horror as she lets out a bone chilling cry as her limbs twisted back into place.

At that very moment, everyone watched the scene unfold in horror.

But for Aizawa, time stood still as he stared at the screen. His eyes absorbing the visual proof of how physically damaged Mitsu was. At first, his mind couldn't comprehend it, since he'd never witnessed her in this state. In his mind, her body was like All Might's, nearly indestructible.

Then the reality started to set in and the erasure hero's eyes began to water, her body can't be healed, her quirk has been exhausted and overused... His tears finally overflowed when he heard Hiro's shaky, small voice, desperately calling out to his mother.

"Ma...ma?..."

There was a sudden sound akin to an explosion. The news feed kept cutting out. The only image that could be made out was debris floating in the air around a large red pillar.

Shockwaves of energy formed with Mitsu at the epicenter. The force was so strong and persisting, that the helicopter of reporters was thrown into a building, detonating the engine and effectively killing everyone in it. The tv screen now only showed the staticky black and white pixels.

Before anyone could stop them, Haru and Hiro created a portal and jumped through. The only other person that reacted fast enough to follow them was Aizawa.

The force that the three of them met after passing through the portal threw them back. The twins were literally swept off their feet, and Aizawa was only able to grab Hiro, who desperately held onto his brother's hand. But Haru's hand slipped out of his grasp and he was sent backwards through the closing portal.

Holding Hiro against his chest, Aizawa braced himself against the strong gusts coming from the pillar surround Mitsu.

Using this as a distraction, Midoriya, Iida, and Kirishima launch into the sky and get Bakugo. While AFO forces Kurogiri's quirk to activate so that the rest of the League of Villains can get to safety.

A second later, the pillar vanishes and Aizawa tries to get his bearings. He slowly gets up and Hiro stands right next to him as the stare at the figure in front of them. Mitsu looks exactly like she did when she fought Endeavor, but more terrifying.

Her entire body was a metallic, blood red with ominous black markings constantly swirling around her skin. Instead of the red lines going down from her eyes, they were now black, the surrounding skin on her face mimicking the red on her body.

Along with the new black markings on her body and face, her limbs have all become a metallic black. But it was so dark, that it almost looked like her limbs had become voids.
