3rd person POV
It was a quiet night. The city was still lit, but it was a little too late in the night for anyone to be out for business or pleasure. There hadn't been any incidents, so Shiro was lazily gliding above rooftops, scanning down in the alleys. She lets out a yawn, getting drowsy, but nothing that she wasn't already used to. Once she had reached the outskirts of the city, she decide to start heading back home to call it a night. The vigilante is a couple buildings away from her home when a familiar voice calls out to her.
"Hey"
The figure comes closer and she recognizes the voice and figure, it's Aizawa. Damn he's probably heading home too, Shiro thought to herself, I have to wait till he settles in before I can go home.
The angelic figure turns and gives the man a slight nod. Soon she turns around to leave, but is stopped when she feels a heavy cloth wrap around your wrist.
"Could I.... talk to you?" Aizawa asks timidly. Shiro tilted her head as if asking a question, too worried to speak up in case he recognizes her.
"I just... um... I just wanted to thank you for that night years ago. I doubt you even remember me or the situation, but you helped me...." he takes a deep breath. "You really saved me. I haven't had a panic attack like that in years and who knows what would have happened to me if you hadn't calmed me down. I just wanted to say that I truly believe that you're a hero, you're my hero. Simply, thank you," he dips his head into a respectful bow.
Shiro POV
My chest ached as my heart swelled for this man. Having interacted with this quiet man for the last few weeks now, I know that his speech is sincere and his gratitude is genuine. Maybe I can confide in Shouta someday.... its been so lonely. Hiding my identity from anyone and everyone, it would be nice to have one true companion that knows me...
I turn and give Shouta a soft smile as I slowly glide towards him and raise my arms, unsure if he'll be comfortable with my actions. The distance between us closes and I wrap my arms around his neck, and my wings curve towards us, providing warmth. I brush his hair behind his ear and bring my lips close to it.
"Thank you..." I whisper. Slowly, I feel his arms wrap around my waist and encasing me in his warmth. I pull away and give him one last smile before I turn around and quickly head home. If I can get to my window before he leaves that rooftop I'll be safe.
I safely get through my open window and quickly shut and lock it. Yawning again, I quickly wash up and head to bed.
~~~
The next morning I wake up and decide that I should wear my vigilante outfit under my clothes and carry my weapons with me. If an intruder comes in again, they might threaten the students. I have to be prepared at any moment to protect them. It shouldn't be too big of a problem if the school finds out that I'm the Angel Vigilante if I'm protecting the staff and students.
I had just finish packing when I heard a knock on the door, must be Shouta picking me up.
"One second!"
I put on my shoes and unlock the door.
"Good morning Shouta," I greet with a wide smile, remembering the words he said to me last night.
"Morning," his voice as emotionless as ever. We start heading to school when I decided that maybe I do want to tell him about being the vigilante, or just something about myself.
"Hey Shouta, after school today would you like to come over for some coffee? I wanted to talk to you about something."
"Sure, but you should come to mine, Kumo wants to see you again."
