"Now then, let's get started."

Nighteye's voice catches everyone's attention, and everyone in the room starts taking a seat around the large meeting table.

Along with the members of the Nighteye Agency, there were various heroes around the table, some local and some not. But, many of the heroes were unhappy to see a relatively large number of students amongst those at the meeting.

Rock Lock in particular was quite upset.

Bubble Girl and Centipeder started giving a rundown of the situation to everyone. Explaining how they realized that the LOV and Shie Hassaikai have been in contact. Seeing that they would need more people, Nighteye Agency used the HN to contact everyone there today, enlisting their help.

"The HN?" Uraraka asked, and Tsuyu also looked confused next to her. Nejire explains what the HN is to all the first year students and Rock Lock can't keep quiet anymore, "I don't care if they're UA students. Why are they here? They're just slowing everything down."

Fat Gum immediately stands up and essentially says thats BS and that, at least his students, are super important to this investigation.

Nighteye goes on to explain that the Shie Hassaikai has been suspected of dealing with illegal drugs, and that Fat Gum is very experienced in dealing with criminals in that field, opening the floor for the BMI hero to give a report on the incident that he, Suneater, and Red Riot had last night. Finishing off with their bone chilling discovery, "Tamaki was shot with a drug that destroys quirks."

Chattering of the news broke out around the meeting room, people asked if Tamaki was okay. And once he explained that his quirk was back this morning, everyone calmed down.

"So he recovered right? That's a relief, it must not be permanent," Rock Lock is the first to speak.

Nighteye hums before he turns to Eraserhead to explain how his quirk works and why this bullet's effects are different.

Aizawa explains how his quirk Erasure works; when his quirk is activated, he prevents the quirk factors of the person he's looking at from activating. Whereas the drug in the bullet actually damages those quirk factors entirely, making it a much more permanent effect.

Aizawa glances at Nighteye and then stares at his problem child, Midoriya, who had been glancing back and forth between his homeroom teacher and the floor. Before the meeting started, Nighteye told me to brace myself. But what did he mean?

"They found human cells and blood in the substance of the bullet."

Silence permeates the meeting room as everyone processes what that means, and Ryukyu says it out loud for those who may not have realized, "So... the effect of the bullet is coming from someone's quirk. A quirk-destroying quirk."

"But that doesn't explain how this is related to the Shie Hassaikai," a hero towards the back points out.

Nighteye explains his thought process, but people still aren't convinced. Aizawa hasn't stopped staring at Midoriya this entire time, trying to figure out why he looked so scared. His heart ached when he saw the manifestation of Midoriya and Mirio's hearts absolutely shatter when Nighteye explained Overhaul's quirk and how it may explain everything. Aizawa's brows furrow almost imperceptibly as he can feel Midoriya's guilt practically radiate from his body, it's not your fault problem child...

"Chisaki, the young leader, has a quirk called Overhaul. He has the ability to both dismantle, and restore. A quirk that can destroy and heal, that's my theory on how he possibly created quirk destroying bullets," Nighteye finishes.
