Quitting YouTube

"Hey, listen to me, it's going to be ok, I promise" you whispered to Grayson as your foreheads touched one anothers and you wiped away the tears falling down his face

Recently Grayson and Ethan had decided on quitting YouTube, not completely but doing their weekly videos at least, they still planned on continuing their podcast, which is where they would post videos

"I'm just...I feel scared, I'm not sure how they're going to react" Grayson sighed as he sat on the edge of the bed, bringing you with him and having you on his lap

"You guys have been doing this for so long, since your teen years basically, instead of it being normal teens, you were already comedians"

"I know, I just don't want to disappoint anyone" he whispered into your neck as you softly rubbed his back to help him relax

"Well, I'm going to be honest here Gray, some people will be disappointed and you can't do anything about that, but there will be thousands of people who will support you and your journey, there are many dedicated fans, don't worry about that" you whispered as you leaned back to look at his face

"What would I do without you?" Grayson said with a small smile

"I don't know, and I don't ever want to find out what I would do without you" you smiled and kissed his forehead

"Will...will you leave me if I leave YouTube?" he asked quietly, looking down

You lifted his chin with your finger and made him look at you

"Why would you think that?" you asked

"I don't know...it's just, our views haven't been that great you know-"

"Do you think I just care about your views Grayson? Is that how you see me?" you asked sort of shocked

"N-no, of course not, I just...I'm worried is all" he sighed

"It's ok to be worried, this is a big step for you, you guys will be moving onto bigger and better things, plus who's to say you won't be coming back?" you asked as you got off his lap and got the bed ready to head to sleep, Grayson helping you

"I think that's what I'm most nervous about, people thinking that we're quitting for good, and that we're never coming back when we actually don't really know if we'll be coming back or not"

"You may lose some fans for sure, but there'll always be someone there to support you guys and what you grow" you answered honestly as you started changing into a pair of shorts and one of Grayson's hoodies

"We have so many projects we want to do...we just don't have enough time for everything, we want to make a real difference you know?" Grayson asked, taking off his shirt and sleeping into sweatpants while you nodded and jumped onto the bed, making Grayson chuckle at your childlike behavior

"C'mere" you whined with grabby hands towards Grayson as he shook his head smiling and eventually crawling in, laying on you

You sighed softly as Grayson laid on your stomach, hugging you as you ran your fingers through his hair, relaxing his scalp

"Thank you" Grayson whispered

"For what?" you asked confused

Grayson got off of you and laid right beside you, his hands skimming slowly over your face, touching it softly

"Thank you for always being there...I know that sometimes E and I would take breaks from YouTube...I always felt like we needed to get our act together whenever we couldn't post...but you just, you make me feel calm and at ease, just your presence calms me, looking at you, holding you, kissing you" he whispered as he leaned down and connected his lips with yours

You broke the kiss, putting a hand to his chest as Grayson had an arm above your head and the other resting on your stomach

"I'll always be there for you, you know that...even if decide to break up with me...actually I would just probably key your car" you muttered making Grayson chuckle softly, putting the hand that was on your stomach, now on your cheek and looking into your eyes, the eyes he could stare at for hours and never get bored

"I would never leave you, I'll always be here, I promise you"
