Dear diary,

The twins and I walked to school again today, Gray had his arm around my shoulder as usual and the butterflies in my stomach were buzzing like crazy! It's after school now and I'm waiting for him outside the locker room since he just finished his football practice, but he's taking a while, so I might need to check up on him now...while I'm at it, I think I'll tell him how I feel about him...that I really like him! Oh god, I'm so nervous now! I'll write to you later!

You put your diary away in your backpack, hiding it amongst the rest of your books as you opened the door to the locker room

You had seen most of the other boys come out of the locker room but you hadn't seen Grayson come out yet

Your heart was beating loudly at the thought of confessing to your best friend that you like him

You and the twins lived next door to each other and you and the twins room were right across from each other's too, meaning you would often sneak out and go into each other's room to hangout

Due to your heartbeat being so loud, you couldn't hear the panting around the corner

You turned and before you was a sight you'd never that you'd see before

Grayson had g/n up against the lockers, making out with her as they both lost their tops in the process of their make out session

She had her arms wrapped around his neck as he held her up by her thighs against the lockers, leaving visible hickies on her neck

G/n noticed your presence through her half lidded lashes, she smirked and panted louder on purpose

With tears in your eyes quickly left the locker room with a loud slam against the door and ran home

"What was that?" Grayson asked as he looked up

"It was nothing, don't get distracted" g/n said as she tried to have Grayson focus on her again, but Grayson shook his head and let her down

"I have to go, Y/N is probably waiting for me" he said as he put on his shirt, making g/n roll her eyes at the mention of your name

"Why do you worry about her? She's a nobody, hanging out with her will bring your popularity down"

"She's my best friend, don't talk about her like that" he warned his girlfriend as he left the locker room but didn't find you waiting for him like you normally did

By now, you were already at home, crying away on your bed

Your parents were going to be gone for a while due to a business trip, meaning you really would be all alone

"W-why me? D-did I do something wrong?" you questioned to yourself as you cried the night away, eventually falling asleep with dry tears on your face

Over the course of the next few weeks you distanced yourself from Grayson, mostly hanging out with Ethan

Although Ethan wasn't as close as you and Grayson, he knew you liked Grayson

You talked to Ethan about what had happened and Ethan wanted to confront his twin about it, but you begged him not to, which he agreed

You and Ethan would walk to school earlier, hangout somewhere where Grayson wouldn't be during lunch and leave immediately after school

Ethan was a big support for you during this critical time, but still, Grayson would always find a way to find you, he would try to approach you during school but you would end up turning the other way or he would text you sometimes but you would never answer anymore
