April Fools Prank Gone Wrong

"I don't think this is a good idea Gray" Ethank spoke to his brother who had just told him the April Fools prank he had wanted to do to you

You and Grayson had been married for two years, and had gone out for three years before that

Grayson had a "bright" idea of a prank to pull on you, he wanted to do the typical I'm breaking up with you prank, only in this case it would be the I'm divorcing you prank

"Why not E? We could all laugh about this after I tell her it was a joke!" Grayson tried to reason

There was a reason Ethan didn't want Grayson to prank you, you had recently told him that you thought you were pregnant, but you wanted to wait to actually see if you were so you could surprise Grayson with it

"I just don't think she'd like that kind of joke man" Ethan tried to reason again

"You're just a pussy E" Grayson said as he hung up the phone call and started preparing a dialogue to say to you once you got home

Meanwhile you were at the doctors, getting checked to see if you were actually pregnant

"Well, the results show you're pregnant, congratulations Mrs.Dolan/(L/n)" (A/N: maybe Grayson's wife will want to keep her last name ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

Tears of joy started streaming down your eyes as you thanked the doctor and went home

"Grayson! Sweetie, I'm home!" you spoke out excitedly

"Y/N" Grayson spoke seriously, already in character, "I need to talk to you"

"I need to talk to you too! But you go first" you said excitedly as you sat down on the sofa

"Y/N...I want the divorce" Grayson spoke seriously, making your smile fall

"W-what?" you whispered, trying to understand if you really heard what he said

"This isn't working out anymore, I want the divorce" he repeated

You just looked at him with the emotions of anger and sadness within you, with anger taking over and just slapping him across his face

Grayson's cheek now marked with your handprint as he touched where you had hit him, he was in disbelief

"Y-Y/N-"

"I'm pregnant Gray! I'm pregnant with your child!" you screamed at him as you stood up and ran towards the door and out of his sight

Grayson was shocked to find out you were pregnant with his child, and he had just let you walk out the door

He sprinted out the door as he saw you pull out the driveway and drive off

He knew where you were going, under the tree at the field where you and Grayson had carved your initials in when you had gone on just your first date together

Grayson quickly got his keys and drove off to the field, but due to the traffic, he got to the tree a lot later than what he wanted to

About twenty minutes later, Grayson got to the field, getting off his vehicle quickly and running to the tree, where you sat under the shadow of the tree, your back against the trunk with tears streaming down your eyes as you sobbed out loudly

"Y/N" Grayson panted as he tried to catch his breath

You didn't answer, only looking straight, out to the field, tears still running down your face

"Sweetie please" Grayson pleaded, his voice breaking as he knelt down in front of you, holding your hands in his as he made eye contact with you

"I am so, so sorry, I was trying to play a prank on you and I even told Ethan about it and he told me it was wrong but I still went with it, baby please, please forgive me" he pleaded, as tears started forming down his eyes too as you just looked at him with no emotion

You pulled your hands out of his grasp and took his face in your hands, "You really don't want to divorce me?" you asked, and he shook his head vigorously

"When I got married to you, I promised that I would forever love you, and I intend on keeping that promise forever" he whispered as he got closer to you and put his head against yours, "I love you Y/N"

"I love you too Gray...but don't pull those kind of pranks on me again" you said as Grayson nodded

"Are you really pregnant Y/N?" Grayson asked, and you nodded happily as you pulled your head away from his

Grayson picked you up and spun you around, laughter coming out of both of you, happy to know you were pregnant
