Parents Don't Approve

"You were out with that boy again weren't you!" screamed your father as he sat next to your mother giving you a look of disappointment

Here's the thing, your parents don't approve of your boyfriend Grayson, they don't see him pass his tattoos, they think he's a lazy no good boy who will only bring trouble to the family, but he's actually a really loving, caring, romantic and hardworking boy who would do anything to keep you happy

"That boy is my boyfriend, and his name is Grayson, dad!" you replied as you crossed your arms demonstrating that you were mad as well, but with them

"How many times have we told you that he's no good for you Y/N! How many times!" spoke up your mom

"And how many times have I told you that he's the best thing that could've happened to me!"

"Don't you talk to your mother that way missy, or else!" spoke your dad up defending your mom

"Mom, I would've thought that you out of all the people, would understand what I'm going through and how I feel about Grayson, grandma told me that you would sneak out of the house to go see dad in the middle of the night, I at least have the audacity to let you know when I'm going out and when there's still daylight!" and with that you stormed to your room and locked yourself in it

A few moments later you called Grayson asking him if could come over as you explained the situation with him, which he agreed to, you told him to come through the window, however Grayson had another idea

A few minutes later you heard a knock on the front door, you wondered who it was since no one really came over at this time, almost time for dinner

"What are you doing here kid?" asked my dad to the person at front

"Mr.L/N, I would like to go see Y/N, she called me crying over the phone and I just want to make sure she's ok" said Grayson to your father, which melted your heart

"...alright kid, but only twenty minutes, and leave the door open, are you alright with that sweetheart?" your dad asked your mom and she nodded

"Thank you sir!" Grayson said as he ran up to your room and wrapped you into a big hug

"Thank you Grayson, thank you so much" you whispered

Your mom and dad watched from afar how you both wrapped each other in a tight hug, knowing that you and Grayson had the same teenage love that they had when they were younger
