"C'mon just try it"

"No"

"Please?"

"Grayson, I will ignore you all day if you keep telling me to eat that, you know I don't like vegan food" you said, annoyed that Grayson had been pestering you all day to try vegan food

"But you've never even tried it"

"Yea, and I don't want to"

You didn't have anything against vegans, you respected them and their space

But there had been a few times where your friends would try to get you to go to protests with them

But you had always refused because you didn't always understand their reasoning behind the protest

"I'm going to get some milk" you mentioned as you got up

"There's some almond milk-"

"I...I just want regular milk, from a cow" you sighed as you lazily went back and plopped on top of your boyfriend

"But almond milk is so much tastier" convinced Grayson as he hugged you to his chest

"I don't care, cow milk is better, you can't convince me otherwise" you pouted

"Fine...there's some cow milk in the freezer" he confessed as he had hid the milk you had brought

"You hid my milk in the freezer?!" You asked as you stood up to make sure it hadn't frozen completely at least

"I was trying to do it for your own good, being vegan is such a great way to live because you can also help animals-"

"That's not always true. Vegans don't drink cow milk, or goat milk, correct?"

Grayson nodded cautiously

"When you don't get out the milk of a cow or goat, the milk can go rotten inside of them, which can actually damage them"

"Why not give it to their babies?"

"Not all babies can completely finish their mother's milk because they produce so much for it. Even women do that, when they produce more milk than necessary, they have to squeeze it out"

"Why not put it in a bottle and save it later for the babies then?"

"Oh my goodness you know nothing about milk bottles for babies" you sighed

"I've never been a mom, how am I supposed to know"

"I haven't been a mom either, but if you give a baby a milk bottle, the top that is supposed to resemble a nipple, isn't as soft as a real nipple, which causes the babies to bite harder on it. If they ever go back to taking milk from the breast, they can hurt the mom because they're trying to bite down on something hard when the mother's nipple is soft"

You both stayed silent for a moment until Grayson spoke up

"How did we get to breast milk?"

The comment made you snort as you buried yourself in the crook of his neck

"It was cause I wanted regular cow milk"

"...fine, I'll go buy you another milk since the other one if frozen" Grayson said as he finally gave in to you

"Yay!" You jumped up happily, making Grayson grunt since he was underneath you

You muttered a sorry while Grayson pulled you down again for a quick kiss, "I don't mind you not being vegan, sorry about that"

"I'll only forgive you if you bring burgers on the way back"

"Y/N, no"
