(ENG) Chapter Eleven - Misunderstanding

Since that night Singto couldn't sleep well, every time he tried to close his eyes, the figure of the woman he saw in the shop reappeared in his head, plus the lights that turned on and off by themselves made him sure that he really saw a ghost. Suddenly the hair on his neck stood up and was imagining that this time the woman might be watching him from the corner.

Singto immediately get up and rushed out of the room, then burst into Pha's room that happens to be unlocked, hugging the pillow.

Pha, who was sleeping soundly, immediately opened his eyes and woke up, he turned his head towards the door in alert, where one of his hands reach for the gun that was kept nearby just in case.

A few moments later, Pha put the gun back and dropped his body on the bed again while rubbing his eyes, then turned to the side, looking at Singto who was frozen in front of the door.

He's checking the man for a moment before asking.

"Did you just have a bad dream?" he guessed.

Singto swallowed hard and hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Can I sleep here tonight?" he pleads with puppy eyes.

Pha let out a sigh and thought for a moment before nodding, lazy to argue. He then shifted slightly to the side, giving Singto space before returning to sleep facing the side.

Singto immediately closed the door behind him, walked over to the bed, put down the pillow and get on the bed in slow motion. But he forgot to bring a blanket, then pulled Phana's blanket without hesitation before closing his eyes and trying to sleep.

One hour later.....

He could still hear the sound of the clock ticking, the breathing sound of the sleeping man beside him, and the sound of the night buzzing in his ears. While his mind imagined many things that appeared and disappeared, and his heart was pounding.

Singto then thought, he nearly died and was saved by Pha twice, then wondered if he would still be lucky the third time. The more he thought about it, the more uneasy he felt and changed his sleeping position every five minutes.

Of course, it really bothered the person next to him, suddenly Pha turned around to face Singto and protested in annoyance.

"Can't you pretend to sleep and stop moving?!"

Singto was startled and opened his eyes immediately, looking at Pha with a dumbfounded expression.

"S-sorry...I can't sleep...."

Pha tried to hold back his emotions by taking a deep breath and racked his brains for a moment.

"Do you want to eat something?" he got an idea.

Singto was dumbfounded and thought for a moment before softly nodded.

So, the two of them went to the kitchen together and made instant noodles, then sat across from each other and ate together.

"All right, tell me...have you had other strange things?" Phana asked, opening the conversation while slurping noodles.

Singto was silent for a moment while wondering whether he should tell what he saw in the shop or not, but he didn't want to spoil Pha's appetite, so he changes his mind and shift the subject.

"Did you ever play Nintendo games as a child?"

"Huh?" Phana was immediately stunned with a blank expression at the question. "Why are you asking that all of a sudden?"

"I-I feel...the day of my death is getting closer..." Singto replied nervously.

Pha blinked several times and asked with a confused expression.
