Naya's Point of View
"It was 3:05 P.M when I entered the patient's room. I checked his vital signs and everything was normal.
The CEO demanded her to tell everything to us to what exactly happened to Charles in a very detailed manner.
"After that, uh, I injected the patient an antibiotic for his bladder infection. She added.
"What is this antibiotic?" One of the board members asked.
"Trimpethoprim po." Tumango naman ang lahat.
"Who instructed you to give the patient an antibiotic?" Tanong nilang muli.
"Trimethoprim is the antibiotic Charles needed to cure his bladder infection. I instructed Nurse. Cruz to give a 10 ml of trimethoprim to the patient. Isn't that right, nurse?"
"Are you sure that you gave him the right dosage of antibiotic?"
"I am. I really gave him a 10 ml of trimethoprim." Agad na sagot ni Nurse. Cruz. She's very certain to her interventions.
"I see." The CEO commented.
What's that?
The CEO secretary came to him and whispered something before handing over him the brown envelope, it was probably a report.
Wait? Is that..
"I have the autopsy report." He announced. I knew it! After hearing that, everyone became more serious. Now, we will know the cause of Charles death.
An autopsy may be performed to determine the cause of death, the microscopic findings, and the medical diagnoses. It can be done by at least 1 to 2 hours.
The CEO opened the envelope and took the paper inside of it before reading the report silently. The CEO's face was expressionless. We are just waiting for him to finished reading the report.
After he got finished reading the report, he just put down the paper and glared at Nurse. Cruz. The nurse beside me is now sweating excessively.
"Nurse. Cruz. You said that you gave the patient the right dosage of trimethoprim, right?" He asked. I can feel the rage on his voice. "Answer me!"
"Y-yes po, Sir. I swear." Kinakabahang sagot niyang sagot.
"Then why does the autopsy report claims that the patient die due drug overdose?"
D-drug overdose? I heard Nurse. Cruz gasped, her body is now trembling.
"Liar."
"N-no, no, no.. I swear.
"You graduated a nursing course and passed your board exam, yet you don't know the accuracy of autopsy. You're really stupid."
"N-no, Sir. Hindi po talaga. I gave the right dosage of--"
