After enjoying a lovely dinner on the rooftop, Ashwin & Ashima headed to their resort. When they got down from the cab, they felt the surrounding was so calm and peaceful. A perfect night to go for a stroll along the beach. Ashwin & Ashima said "should we" at the same timing. They smiled at each other and went for a night walk.

Ashwin: how was the day for you?

Ashima: we were together, right? Enna kelvi

Ashwin: we were together but what we felt can differ. I hope you enjoyed your day! It was just a relaxing day, we didn't do any activities, didn't explore around much today.

As they were strolling along the beach while holding hands, there was a a firm hold suddenly, Ashima held Ashwin's hands tightly.

Ashwin: enna badhil kaanom?

Ashima: I just answered

Ashwin: ennadhu? Did you answer for yourself? I didn't hear you saying anything

Ashima: you do know there's verbal and nonverbal form of communication, right?

Ashwin: ohhh...now I do

Ashima: good

Ashwin: I was expecting a verbal answer though

Ashima: I can't find any exact words to describe how I feel. I don't think its explainable, it can only be felt. You made me feel whole. All this while, there was a missing puzzle within me. I knew it was you but there was nothing I could do for it. Aana, now, you complete me, as simple as that. I've never felt like this for the longest time.

Ashwin remained silent.

Ashima: abby?

Ashwin: yesss?

Ashima: ippo enna nee edhum pesama iruka

Ashwin: Speechless, adhan

Ashima: unbelievable. Naan pesunadha ketu you became speechless a?

Ashwin: (smiled), yes abby! You have no idea how many days I dreamt of hearing all these from you. Now, feels like all the dreams came true within few seconds

Ashima: and you didn't just let it go as a dream, you took an effort, a risky & tough one

Ashwin: which is worthy

After some time, they got back to their room.

Day 3-7 passed with them going around exploring Bali, having the time of their lives.

Ashwin & Ashima came back to Chennai, they planned to let their family know about them before they fly out for work.

It's an easy task for Ashima, her parents, especially Kalaiyarasi were always happy for Ashwin & Ashima. Ashwin is the one who has to make his dad understand.

At Ashwin's Home:

Ashwin saw his dad watching TV while waiting for breakfast. Ashwin called his mum and Shweta along.

Lekha (Ashwin's mum): enna da? Breakfast saptutu pesalam la, I'm almost done preparing it

Ashwin: maa (hits his head), first inga vaa, apram kuda sapdalam

Shekar: what is it pa? is everything okay?

Shweta: sollu da nallavane, ippo enna solla poringa

Shweta knows what Ashwin is going to say, so she was all in for teasing scenes.

Ashwin: pa..

Shekar: sollu da, ennadhu?

Ashwin: pa..need to tell you both something

Lekha looked at Shweta and Shweta told Lekha softly that it's about Ashima, Lekha then understood why Ashwin was hesitating

Lekha: nee solla poraya illaya? Naan poitu breakfast ready pananum

Shweta: adhane, enaku romba pasikidhu

Ashwin: maa, wait wait. Okay..so..Ashima & I, we got back together

Shweta: ennadhuu??? Idhu eppo??? epdi nadandhuchu???

Ashwin turned around and stared at Shweta.

Lekha was just observing Shekar's reaction.

Shekar: theriyum pa

Ashwin: (shocked) theriyuma, enna solringa?

Shekar: Shweta & Amma told me everything. Even if they didn't, I would have guessed it. Ivlo naal illadha changes epdi sudden a vara mudiyum un kitta? All these years you didn't want to even look at me or even smile. Aana that day, you did it so casually, making it seem like nothing happened. Aniki dhana Ashima va naanum pathen. I guessed it that night itself that this would happen one day

Ashwin: (still in shock) but pa...neenga..are you okay?

Shekar: en kitta ketu enna pa iruku. There was a reason why I didn't want the both of you to be togther back then. Aana ippo apdilam illaye. You both are on your own, you know what's the outer world like and after all these years, if y'all choose to be together, no one can stop it. It just shows how strong the love is.

Ashwin: pa...neenga dhana idhu?

Shekar: (laughed), yen pa? As a dad, I will only want the best for you. Andha time love panirudhingana I don't know how your future would have been. I didn't want it to affect you, actually the both of you. Un kita pesuna kandipa you would not have agreed or understood it. Adhunala dhan naan Ashi kita pesunen.

Shweta: seri seri, ellam ok aachu dhane, vaanga ellarum poi sapdalam, vaa ma namba polam

Ashwin turned around and gave another stare to Shweta, he was like "iru, unaku iruku".

Ashwin: hugged his dad and said thank you pa, idhu naa expect panave illa, I thought it would be hard to convince you

Shekar: (gave a pat on Ashwin's back) naane pesanumnu dha irundhen about you both. But now that you have said it, I'm happy! Happy for the both of you. Is Ashi telling her parents as well?
