'A Beautiful Day' that ended up being 'A Not So Beautiful Day'

December 18, 2015 ... the day which got everything upside down.

Ashwin and Ashima had lots of love for each other but had never confessed honestly to each other. They knew they like each other and love each other deep down, all left was for them to let it out and the day came. Ashwin and Ashima both planned to confess their love towards each other. But, it didn't happen and the reason is Ashwin's dad, Shekar.

Shekar is a very loving and caring person. He loves his family so much and the love he has for his children, is an infinite one! When he got to know his son is in love and that too with a relative, he could not accept and take it in. Though he tried in many ways to get things going worst, he couldn't help himself. He decided to let out his feels to Ashima, his sister's daughter. He takes care of Ashima just like his own daughter, he enjoys being around Ashima as she's always cheerful and cheers him up but the moment he got to know his son is in love with Ashima, he's not able to take it and so he called up Ashima.

-Ashwin & Ashima were out for a dinner and Ashima received a call from her uncle-

Ashima : Uncle is calling!!
Ashwin : Just answer, it's your dad in law, anywayssss!
Ashima : (stared at Ashwin and answered the call)
Ashima : Hello mama, epdi irukinga, thideernu call panirkinga, anything?
Shekar : Hi ma, you free now?
Ashima : yes mama, what's up? All okay?
Shekar : yea ma, everything's fine. Is Ashwin with you?
Ashima : (got choked ... umm mama?)
Shekar : He's there right with you, Swetha and Ravin?
Ashima : yea mama, we all are together. We came out for dinner.
Shekar : Okay ma, will u be free tmr? Can we meet?
Ashima : sure mama, anything important?
Shekar : Ashwin and...
Ashima : Mama?
Shekar : and you. We will just meet up tmr and talk bout it ma. Enjoy your dinner.

Ashima couldn't express what she feels like but she knew something isn't going right. She wasn't able to tell it out to Ashwin as it is about his dad, she didn't wanted him to know bout this. She could not confess her love for Ashwin as well, all she ended up doing was tearing. Ashwin tried consoling her but it didn't work.

Ashima : Ashwin, I'm sorry, I'm not in a good mood. We will meet tmr okay? I'm really sorry!
Ashwin : that's okay ( tapped on Ashima's shoulder ) all good?
Ashima : (shook her head and went off)

Ashwin was clueless on what's happening because that call was from his dad. He waited for Ashima's message/call the whole night and went to sleep with a worried mood.

Ashima spent the whole night thinking what is it going to be about and why is her uncle planning for a sudden meet just with her alone? Her instincts was so strong that something is going wrong and she felt so nervous and tensed, without knowing what's gonna happen when she meets her uncle.
