Ashwin was jumping in joy as his dad is happy about him & Ashima. He replied yes to his dad that Ashima is telling her parents as well. Of course, Shekar knew that there will be no issues from Ashima's family.

Shekar: ok, in few days we will go their home & talk about it, should be fine right? We'll do it before you fly back to Australia

Ashwin: okay pa, anything's fine with me

Shweta: teriyum teriyum

Lekha: yes, let's make it quick because the both of you are here only for another few more days. When is Ashi flying back da?

Ashwin: End of the week ma

Shekar & Lekha giggled seeing how Shweta is pulling Ashwin's leg.

Ashima talked to her parents and they were extremely happy for her.

Kalaiyarasi: I knew this will happen

Ravi (Ashima's dad): true, we knew this day will come ma

Ashima hugged her parents, her biggest support system. Even at time when she feels her whole is falling apart, they have always stood by her side, making sure everything goes fine.

Ravi: Kalai..talk to Lekha and see what they are thinking of. It's better if we get it settled for these two.

Kalaiyarasi: yes okay

Ravi: have y'all planned how are you both going to take it further ma? One at each corner right now, pesuningala idha pathilam?

Ashima: ya pa, sort of

Ravi: make sure to talk and plan on its ma. There's no point if y'all are getting married only to stay apart from each other. I'm sure Ashwin will have something on his mind by now, think carefully and make a good choice, ok?

Ashima: okay pa (with a smile)

Ravi: okay ma, finally it's good to see you being happy! You deserve only happiness, only good things hereafter

Ashwin & Ashima informed each other that everything went well. Ashima was pleasantly surprised to know that Shekar was fine with the both of them. They knew their parents will start talking about marriage soon, in fact, they were prepared for it.

Ashima: did mama & athai say when they are going to come over?

Ashwin: amma will call athai I think soon to talk about it. They were saying in a few days, they want to get done with it before we get back to work

Ashima: yea, appa was saying the same, ok in the next few days it is then

Ashwin: abby

Ashima: yes?

Ashwin: are you happy?

Ashima: of course, why don't I sound so?

Ashwin: illa, I'm not there to see how you're exactly feeling like. I hope you're happy, it was all worth the wait

Ashima: I am content and happy with all that's been happening lately abby, idhelam nee kekave koodadhu

Ashwin: eeee, okayy!! What plans today?

Ashima: going to meet Kayal & Sandhya, rendu perum enna ennalam panna porangalo

Ashima met up with Kayal & Sandhya, Ashima was full of excitement to let them know the good news. They had a group hug and went inside a café.

Ashima: aiyo, I knew y'all are going to be starting this. Naane soliduren. I didn't know Ashwin is going to come along to Bali. I only met him at Changi airport during transit. He did the plan and gave a surprise. Enaku edhume teriyadhu

Sandhya: right right, I see (looked at Kayal)

Kayal: (giggled), so how was the trip?

Ashima told the girls what happened – her talk with Ashwin, Ashwin's drama to Vinay and about them letting their parents know about their love.

Kayal & Sandhya: ivlo nadandhucha 1 week la? 😱😱😱

Ashima was blushing.

Sandhya: apdina soon all the wedding talks are going to happen

Kayal: appo kalyana sappadu ku ready aaga vendi dha

Ashima: 🤦‍♀️,  yes yes, they are going to talk in another few days, adhuku apram dha the rest

Sandhya: enna rest? I thought y'all were done with everything in Bali, right Kayal?

Kayal: we were only saying about you guys getting back together

Ashima felt shy throughout with all the teasing's from these two girls. But, she knows that they were the happiest for the news. They know how much these two went through all these years.
