Roman's P.O.V

I wake up early the next day and find Virgil wrapped around my waist. A smile makes its way onto my face as I remember that he's my boyfriend now. I carefully unwrap his arms from around me. With that done I climb out of bed and make my way to my bathroom. I brush my teeth and wash my face.

When I leave my bathroom I notice my bed is empty. Virgil must've gone to get ready. I gather my clothes from my closet and dresser before getting dressed. White shirt and blue jeans. Now that I'm ready for the day I head back into the bathroom to replace my bandage.

"Let me," a soft voice says from the doorway. I turn to see Virgil. He's wearing a black long sleeve and ripped black skinny jeans. I nod and he walks closer. He unwraps my bandage carefully and then replaces it.

With my bandage replaced and us both dressed we head downstairs. All of our friends are still here. They are sprawled around the living room.

"I'll wake everyone up in a bit," I say walking into the kitchen.

I grab a bowl from the cabinet and the cereal from atop the fridge. Virgil grabs a bowl as well and also the milk from the fridge. I pour our cereal and then he pours our milk. Then I grab two spoons from the drawer and hand him one. We eat in comfortable silence. When we're both done Virgil offers to wash our dishes while I wake everyone up. I agree and head into the living room.

When I get into the living room I find my friends already waking up on their own.

"Morning everyone," I tell everyone.

They each mumble their good mornings. Then they each take turns going to the bathroom. Virgil comes into the living room after a few minutes and sits on the couch next to me. I reach for his hand and hold it. He gives me a shy smile as he squeezes my hand.

"Oh my god. Finally!" Jessie says.

"So you two are finally together?" Kyle asks with a smile.

"It happened last night," Virgil says leaning into me.

"I couldn't be happier," I say.

"Aww. First Logan and Patton. Now you two. My ships have sailed!" Jessie exclaims.

Once everyone is good to go for the day we all decide to head to the nearby park. We all head to the park and just hang around listening to music from my phone.

A few hours later my friends each head home while Virgil and I head back to my house.

Logan's P.O.V

"Lo?" Patton calls as we walk side by side.

"Yes Patton?" I ask. We're headed to my house. Patton is staying the night because his parents told him not to come home.

"Can I hold your hand?" he asks.

I respond by grabbing his hand and giving him a small smile. He smiles brightly in return. As we're walking I start thinking about various things. Mostly though, about affection. I've never really thought much about it before now. However, for the past few months it has crossed my mind quite a bit.

I've watched films that had romance in them with Patton or my other friends before. Lately I've been finding myself wanting to do things with Patton. That's why I didn't hesitate to hold his hand. Why? Because I wanted the same thing. Of course, I likely would've said yes even if I didn't want to. Simply because it's Patton and I'd give him the moon, the stars, the universe if I could.

At first, about a year ago, those thoughts worried me. To want to give so much to one person who wasn't family scared me even. Then I spoke to Patton about it. I didn't tell him anything specific and just asked hypothetical questions or gave hypothetical scenarios. He helped me understand that what I was feeling was love.
