               Hindi ko na mabilang pa kung ilang minuto na ba akong nandito sa loob ng kotse ko. I was just watching the students outside, gathering around my car. Their eyes filled with amusement while taking a pictures of my car. Some of them are even filming a videos of it.

One of the male student then gently knocked to my window car. I saw his mouth open and say something that i couldn't hear and understand before going back to his circle of friends. I know that they can't see me inside because my windows car are heavy tinted.

I bit my lower lip as my hand tightened a grip on the steering wheel of my car. Hindi ko alam kung paano ako lalabas ng kotse nang hindi nila ako napapansin. Hindi ko rin alam kung bakit parang manghang-mangha sila sa kotse ko. It's just a simple gray with a black color sports car that my father brought to me as a gift.

Biglang tumunog ang cellphone ko kaya kinuha ko iyon mula sa aking suit pocket at binuksan. I saw my mother send me a message.

From Mommy,

Good luck for the first day of school, my baby! Study well and fighting! I love you!

I smile when i read my mother message. Muli ko na iyong sinilid sa aking suit bago ko tignan ang aking sarili sa salamin. I am wearing my uniform now that my parents brought me yesterday.

Hanggang sa kalahati lamang ng aking hita ang haba ng kulay maroon na palda. It also has a tight long sleeves polo that hugged my body perfectly. Nakatucked-in rin iyon sa palda. A maroon necktie and a maroon suit. Doon sa dulo ng sleeves ng suit ay mayroong dalawang white line. It represents that we are already a senior student. Kapag nasa junior ka naman ay walang line ang suit ng uniform nila. Sa parteng dibdib naman ng suit ay naroon ang isang golden shining badge ng University.

I fixes myself again before i decided to go outside. Dahil hindi naman ako puwedeng manatili na lamang dito sa loob ng kotse. Unang araw ko pa naman sa klase. Hindi puwedeng ma-late ako. Huminga muna ako ng malalim bago ko marahang binuksan ang pintuan ng aking kotse at bumaba doon.

“Ayan na, guys! Bumukas na yung pintuan! Saan ang camera?! Tapat niyo doon para makita natin kung sino yung may..... a-ari....” Dinig kong natigilan iyong lalaking sumigaw noong tuluyan na akong nakita.

I heard a loud gasped and a lot of whispered about me. I chin up before i started to walk inside the campus. Nailang lamang ako noong hindi naputol ang pag titig ng mga estudyante sa akin kahit nag lalakad na ako. Iyong iba ay sinusundan pa ako habang harap-harapang nag sasalita ng patungkol sa akin. Good thing, it was all a good comments.

I lower my head and hide my smile because of this overwhelming welcome. I used to experienced this back in New Zealand. Ngunit kahit na ganoon ay hindi ko parin maiwasang mailang o mahiya.

“Oh my god, who is she?”

“A newbie?”

“She must be really really rich, girls! Look at her car.”

“Yeah. That car is super expensive! If i know, dalawang tao palang sa pilipinas ang mayroong ganyang luxury car. One is Kendrick Vladimir and the other one if from Cohen only daughter and now, siya rin! Oh, gosh! I'm jealous!”
