Watching the sheer chaos from start to finish was Hugo, sitting on a bench near the Eiffel Tower. After all, he'd been responsible for the poor little flower girl getting Akumatised. Why not see the end result of your handiwork? He'd viewed the chaos while sipping on cheap coffee on a bench. He was finishing his cup when he got a call on his cell phone.
"You failed Hugo!" Hawk Moth said. "You said this plan would give me Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous! But it didn't work!"
"As usual you don't see the big picture, Hawk Moth" Hugo said through the phone. "I always intended to have Rose Queen defeated. I just needed to draw out our friends from the future."
"What do you mean?" Hawk Moth said
"I figured that they'd come to stop me, but I needed to know if they were here yet or if they came at all. The fact that they did means they're trying to stop me, which means there's a good chance at success."
"Even if that were the case how do you plan to find them?" Hawk Moth said. "Unless you know their identities don't you? How?"
"I can't tell you that Gabriel," Hugo said. "It could change too much. Right now, I need you to follow along. I swear, at the end of this the Miraculous will be yours. And any wish you have will be granted."
Gabriel grudgingly mumbled. "Very well then. But only if you include me in the next parts of your plan."
"First things first," Hugo said. "I need someone here to help us with our plan." Hugo then looked at his watch. "How close are you with your Nephew?"
