(Y/n) had been on room arrest for an entire week for her supposed punishment. Shota was reluctant to let her go, and from the few - pouting - conversations he had with her, he teased her that he would keep her there forever. She didn't believe him when he said that, mainly because his tone was that of a joke. His wrath had fallen significantly since she had first come home from her excursion, but he still had small hiccups of childish irritation here and there. Still, it was much better than his original state of anger.

She groaned at the sight she could see from the window, the sun glinting just barely as it rose from behind the mountains. Watching everyone else set up the celebrations for the day, she wondered if Shota would even let her out to host the charity event. With the way he acted, she was beginning to think he wouldn't, but he was the one that encouraged her to arrange the entire thing in the first place.

The younger girl was surprised at the door opening. She had already gotten breakfast and it was too early for lunch. As such, her head popped up and her eyes glistened at the sight of red hair. Standing up, she held her hands behind her back and retained a shy and reserved expression on her face. If she wanted to, she imagined it would be easy to talk the male into letting her out for the day, but she couldn't do anything if he refused to listen. She could only hope that he was in a good mood.

"Good morning, Shota!" she hummed cheerfully, rocking back and forth on her toes, "How...is everything going?"

The male gave a light blush, his expression turning to one of embarrassment. He likely wasn't used to direct conversation with her after her room arrest or amnesia. In fact, quite similarly, he appeared to suffer from having another dose of her voice after symptoms of heavy withdrawal. Stepping forward, the male joined her in watching the preparation of events approaching quickly.

(Y/n) pressed her fingers together in anxious nervousness, her eyes darting towards the male and then away from him. She couldn't deny that he was a kind individual, one that cared very deeply about her well-being. That being said, he was overbearingly attached to her. It felt sudden and confusing to her, the time spent between them unequal. He had lived years knowing her and she knew less than half a month.

Still, there was something about his presence that made her eerily aware of who he was as a person. She knew his spirit and his heart as though she had recollections of their past together despite all evidence and proof that she couldn't have. And in blindly seeing those glimpses of truth, she was well aware of how much she had worried him. Though mature in appearance and nature, he was more or less a scared child that refused to sleep without his teddy bear. And while there was something to be said about wanting to lock away his teddy bear where no one could see it, that was a different thought.

"Will you let me host today?" she finally murmured, holding her fingers up to her lips while feigning curiosity at the wallpaper's "sudden" change in its yellow appearance.

The male crossed his arms and pouted, his eyebrows furrowing in discontent. He was not amused by her question nor by the thought of letting her out into a position where she would go against his wishes again. Still, there was something in the expression she peeked subtly at that told her something else was on his mind. The way his verdant eyes sparkled with a glint of guilt and embarrassment told a vivid story about his opinion on the matter.

"I may...have gone too far with this," he sighed, meandering around the room with a stagnant gaze, "I'm...flustered about all of it."

The male attempted to hide his face with his hands, his ashamed nature forcing him to hide in the most childish of ways. It was clear he found it difficult to own up to his mistakes. That being said, at the very least he was attempting, and she appreciated it. At the same time, however, she wasn't going to let him off of the hook for keeping her locked up even if it only was because he worried for her wellbeing.
