-HERMIONE WOKE UP TO A PAIR OF STRONG ARMS AROUND HER. She looked up, noticing Adhara sleeping next to her. The two had decided to spend the night together at the leaky cauldron.

Hermione sat up slightly, not wanting to disturb the sleeping girl, and started playing with her hair, hoping that she wouldn't wake up.

She looked so peaceful and harmless.

The said girl opening her eyes brought her out of her thoughts. "Morning, love." Adhara mumbled, burying her face in Hermione's neck.

Hermione smiled at the girl's voice. "Goodmorning."

"What time is it?"

"Nine in the morning, I'm guessing." Hermione replied and stood up, walking to the bathroom.

"Where are you going?"

"To take a shower." said the girl.

"You're back," said Harry when Adhara stepped through the fireplace a few hours later

"You're back," said Harry when Adhara stepped through the fireplace a few hours later.

"Good to know your glasses work." Adhara rolled her eyes, while Harry gave her a grin.

Draco walked into the living room, his face alarmed. "Ara, I'm so sorry-"

But he was cut off by somebody else walking into the room.

Adhara immediately backed away a few steps on instinct. "You." She snarled.

Sirius Black tried swallowing the lump in his throat. "Hey, Addie.."

"Mother," said Adhara, glaring at a guilty-looking Narcissa, who also walked in with a few others. "why are they here?" She asked, pointing to James Potter, Remus Black, and Sirius Black.

"I couldn't stop them, darling. I tried." said Narcissa truthfully.

"Addie, we just want to talk to you-"

"Talk?" scoffed Adhara, her eyes already tearing up, much to their shock. "Where were you when I wanted somebody to talk to?"

"Addie, I'm your father-!"

"Bullshit. Complete and utter bullshit." Adhara cut the desperate Sirius off. "You're no father of mine."

"Adhara Black-"

"You don't even know my middle name." whispered Adhara. "That's how much you know me."

"Let me talk. Please." Sirius said, desperation evident in his voice.

"Go ahead."

"Adhara, I was so worried about you, but I didn't know how to help. I tried to help. I really did. I wanted to be the father I should've been."

"Remus was more of a father to me than you ever were." Adhara said.

Remus couldn't stop the smile growing on his face, despite the situation. Sirius, however, looked horrorstruck. While James merely looked neutral.

"He tried to keep in contact with me." continued Adhara, pointing to a stack of letters on the table in the corner, where an owl was also sitting at. "James tried to keep in contact with me, too. I was the one ignoring them. You, however, didn't even try."

"Addie-"

"You don't understand, do you!? I needed you! I cared for you! You threw me away at my lowest point!" Her tears finally started falling. "..I just needed comfort. I needed somebody- more specifically: you- to tell me that I'd be alright.. that I'd survive.."

"I didn't know.."

"But your husband did! That's how much of a bad father you are!"

Sirius' face fell. He stayed quiet, listening to his daughter's rant.

Adhara wiped her tears and turned around, not wanting them to see her. She accidentally let out a small sob, which broke everyone's heart.

The sob was filled with heartbreak.

It brought tears to Narcissa's eyes.

"..I needed you." whispered Adhara again, looking at him.

In some ways, the father and daughter were alike.

More specifically, they looked alike.

However, they were total opposites.

"When Remus said that he was a monster, you still loved him." She continued. "But when I was turning into one.. you did nothing to stop it. I hate you. I hate you so much. I was hurt by what I went through. But what hurt more than the fact that I killed my own aunt, was the fact that you didn't care what I was going through. You hurt me much more than my nightmares about blood and shouting, the nights where I can't sleep because I get absolutely horrified by my nightmares, and the guilt that eats me alive every fucking day did."

Draco tried wiping his own tears, along with his boyfriend. Remus and James shared a look, both of them thinking the same thing. Sirius, however, looked extremely guilty.

"Addie.."

"Get out of my house, Sirius Orion Black." said Narcissa, pointing to the fireplace. "Get out. Now."

"Cissa-"

"I trusted you with my daughter!" She exclaimed angrily. "You destroyed her. Get. Out."

Sirius nodded sadly, looking at Adhara one last time, and grabbed a handful of floo powder.
