As Siyeon was packing, she got a phone call. She looked at the caller ID and noticed that it was Yoohyeon. She answered right away.

"Siyeon! Are you okay? All you told me was that Taehyung broke your heart. What happened?"

Siyeon told her the things she's heard him say about her and what he said to her. Well, except for the part about her sexuality. She hadn't told her and she needed more time, especially after what just happened. Yoohyeon was starting to get angry with him as well.

"I didn't think he was like that at all. I loved him. I thought he loved me back." Siyeon said as she ended her story.

"I can't believe that bastard. He seemed like a nice guy to me. People like him are the worst. Like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Siyeon, you made the right choice to confront him. It would've been worse if you ignored it. I'm sorry this happened to you, but on the bright side, you found out about who he truely was and because of that, you stopped something that could've been way worse if it kept going." Yoohyeon sighed. "I hope I cheered you up just a little bit."

Siyeon appreciated her efforts. It might not have been the biggest boost to her happiness, but that little thing was something that made her a little less depressed. "It did. Thank you." Siyeon sighed before speaking again. "I didn't know his paranoia would take him this far. He didn't believe that me and Sua were just friends."

"I don't know why he would think that in the first place. You don't even like women that way."

"Heh, yeah. Sua's wink message gave him the idea that I'm having an affair. I mean, that's ridiculous if you know Sua. She is always flirty like that toward friends. That wink was platonic."

"Are you sure that wink was platonic?"

"What do you mean?" Siyeon asked, while her invasive thoughts were telling her that Yoohyeon was siding with him.

"I mean, from what I heard from your other friends, she's only that way towards you. None of them have ever gotten the flirty treatment."

Siyeon was a bit shocked at the response. Now her mind if filling with the possibility that Sua could've had a thing for her back in high school. If that's true, what would've happened if Sua confessed to her? Would she have accepted it? Siyeon didn't know. She started to doubt herself. "Even if she was into me, her feelings would've probably been gone by now. She's just flirty now because that's how we used to talk to each other. It makes her more comfortable that way."

"How do you know that's true?"

Before she could reply, Siyeon's phone dinged. "Give me a second. I got a message."

"Ok. That's fine. I'll still be here. I'm not going anywhere."Yoohyeon said, waiting patiently.

During her phone call with Yoohyeon, Siyeon was texting Lily to see if she can stay over there for a bit like she used to.

Lily:
I wish I could, Siyeon. But I don't
have any room anymore. Business
has been booming and I had to use
up every inch. I'm sorry.

Siyeon:
Don't be. I'm happy that things are
going great over there. Don't
worry, I'll figure something out. 😊

She didn't want to make Lily worried. She wanted to give her a bit of reassurance, even if she still had to come up with something. While thinking about it, she almost forgot she was talking to Yoohyeon. She put her phone quickly to her ear again.

"Oh! Sorry about that. I tried to see if I could stay at the shop again. There's not enough room."

"Why don't you stay with me? I don't have much room either, but there's a couch available for you to sleep on. If you are okay with that."

"Of course I'm fine with that. Are you sure it's fine? I don't want to be a burden."

"Of course! I've told you many times that you were never a burden. My family was happy to take you in before and I'm willing to do that again for you. Plus, I want to help you get back on your feet and show that son of a bitch that he can't bring you down."

Siyeon laughed. It was almost like she forgot what just happened for a moment. "Alright. Alright. Thank you. I'll be over soon. I'm still in the middle of packing."

"Ok. I'll see ya then."

They both hung up. She had so many things she could bring with her, but she decided to pack only the things she needed such as her clothes, couple of her shoes, one of which was a pair of tennis shoes she worn casually and would be using more often now, and toiletries.

She took her suitcase down the stairs, still staying strong despite what happened earlier. As she was walking, though, she realized that she is walking through an empty house. Taehyung must have given the staff the day off so that none of them could help her or console her. Speaking of Taehyung, she didn't see him around either. Not that she wanted to. She never wanted to see him again. She forgot about it for now and went to her car and started to go to the address that Yoohyeon sent her.

She made sure she found the right place and the right apartment number. "This must be it." She started to knock on the door. She heard it click open. At first she saw a small dog barking happily at the new visitor. "Pie! You such a cutie! Have you been a good girl? I bet you have." She was too distracted petting and talking to the dog to look at the person at the door. Once she looked up, she expected to see Yoohyeon standing there. Siyeon got surprised as she realized that instead, it was someone completely different.

"Jiu? What are you doing here?"
