You couldn't sleep. Thoughts in your mind continued to linger. You whimpered softly, tossing and turning everywhere.
"Something wrong?" a familiar mech's voice asked.
"Can't sleep..." you muttered.
The mech sits down beside your mattress before carefully placing you in his servo. You didn't flinch as you stared at the distance.
"Why do you bother?" you asked softly.
"I told you, I will always be here for you," Jazz reminded before humming a familiar tune to you. It was the song that played on the radio when you and Jazz agreed to commit to this relationship.
You find yourself relaxing to Jazz's calming sparkbeat and his humming as your mind quiet down. You smiled, grateful that you had someone who you could count on whenever, no matter how inconvenient you think it is.
