To be honest, I think it would take a LOT, like- - a real lot to even get Chrollo to raise his voice with you. We know he is capable of emotion, but I feel like he would be able to contain himself especially for a petty argument...In most cases, he can evade arguing with you. little things like getting upset if you misplace his shoes or his book will blow right over his head. He doesn't feel these things require his energy to get mad at. However, He is really anal about certain things he holds dear/has interest in and this is where I could see him having an argument with you. (Perhaps you insulted one of his favourite writers/poets or insisted a fact about them that he didn't agree with - )Knowing Chrollo with his God complex; he would insist that he is right. If you tried to argue with him he would keep his cool, but that doesn't mean he won't end up saying something hurtful."You don't know what I know, you haven't studied to the extent I have. "If you started insulting something about the Troupe, you better be prepared for him to go off on you in a ✨soft✨ but hurtful way. He would honestly probably guilt trip you as well. The troupe is honestly his weak spot as he loves them like family and is proud of all they worked towards. However, after taking some time and doing his own research and seeing that you were right all along, he'd feel bad.He would definitely make it up to you. Chrollo is a master at using his words, and he knows exactly how to manipulate the situation to make you feel better.He is also a romantic at heart, so his apology wouldn't be something cheap.He would go all out, taking you to a fancy restaurant, buying you a new dress and jewelry and of course, endless flowers.He knows that material items are not enough to win you over, so I imagine him being very 'extra' and writing you a love-letter, saying he's sorry. Something like this: " to my love, I am sorry for how I acted. It was irrational of me and I do hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. You are my sun, my moon and all my stars. -love, Chrollo.
