Karen holds the phone and wonders if she can call Hope and Liam.

Danielle: We have to think about it. Don't do it now.

Karen: Dean said it's the only way and it actually makes sense...

Danielle: I know, but we need to think how we are going to reveal the truth to everyone... Karen, we made them all believe that Caroline is dead for crying out loud. They will be furious and poor Douglas will be so confused. 

Karen: Don't you think that I know all that? It's eating me alive.. But Caroline was in that coma for way too long.

Danielle: We have no guarantee that she will wake up...

Karen: I will hold onto anything... Even if there are very little chances. 

Next scene: Hope and Liam are with Beth and Douglas.

Douglas: Look mommy, Beth really loves my car.

Hope: Girls sometimes like cars too.

Liam: She's like Daddy. I love cars. 

Douglas: I love cars too!

Hope: Well I will be the only one that doesn't care about cars.

Liam: We need more evenings like this.

Douglas: Daddy could be with us sometimes. I miss him and our evenings. 

Hope and Liam look at each other and don't know what to reply.

Douglas: Sometimes in the evenings me and mommy Caroline watched movies. It was nice. 

Hope and Liam look sad and still don't know what to say.

Next scene: Bill is at home with Katie and they drink wine on the sofa.

Katie: God, it was such a long day.

Bill: Well... Work is over, Will is sleeping... Maybe we could... You know?

Bill winks at Katie and she smiles, but a ringing phone stops them.

Bill: It's Karen. Hi Karen, how are you?

Karen: Hi Bill... I was wondering if you, Wyatt and Liam could come over to New York?

Bill: Not a chance. 

Karen: But...

Bill: Look sis... I have so much work at Spencer Publications that I can't leave town even for 1 full day. It's out of the question. 

Karen: So maybe Liam or Wyatt could come?

Bill: Liam needs to help me with one of the deals, but... Maybe I could allow Wyatt to go to see you for max 2 days. Let me check if he has time. You know his fiancé is pregnant with twins.

Karen: Please ask him... I need one of you here.

Bill: But why?

Karen: I will need someone from my close family to help me with an issue that I can't deal with alone any longer...

Bill: What is the issue?

Karen: Please let me know if Wyatt can come here.

Karen closed the conversation.

Bill: That was weird. She hang up on me... She said she needs us to resolve some issue... I don't get it. 

Katie is curious.
