Jack: Hello Brittany... Why are you here?

Li: I invited her.

Jack: Are you out of your mind?

Li: Me?!

Jack: Honey, we are in LA to spend time with our son and his new girlfriend. Look Brittany, I have absolutely nothing against you... It's just that Finn is in another relationship now. 

Brittany: So I've heard. 

Jack: I know what you two are trying to do here... I know Brittany didn't just come here to see us... She's here to win Finn back, right?

Next scene:  It's next day. Hope and Flo talk at Hope's home. 

Hope: So your mother has a crush on Nick Marone?

Flo: Yep.

Hope: Didn't she have a crush on Ridge 2 seconds ago?

Flo: Well... A crush is something that happens fast.

Hope: Well since it's just a crush it will pass soon.

Flo: I hope so.

Hope: You know that Taylor is Nick's girlfriend. 

Flo: Mom said that it's still fresh so...

Hope: No, no, no... Taylor and Nick go way back. They know each other for years. Taylor gave birth to my brother... Jack.

Flo: Oh yeah... I forgot about that crazy story. Why did they break up?

Hope: I don't know the full story. I was just a child. I think it's better to not discuss their personal info too much. I think your mom should just stay away. Taylor isn't playing around and if someone harms Taylor... Steffy is ready to fight as well. 

Flo: Well I hope they make it this time. Is there a part of you that wants Taylor and Nick to stay together so Taylor won't a threat to your mom's and Ridge's relationship?

Hope: I genuinely want Taylor and Nick to be happy, but I would lie if I wouldn't admit that  I also want Taylor to not be an option for my mom's husband. 

Next scene: Li and Brittany eat lunch at il giardino together.

Brittany: Yesterday was so awkward for me. 

Li: Because of Jack's reaction?

Brittany: Maybe I really shouldn't be here?

Li: You absolutely should. I told Finn to be here... He will arrive in a minute. 

Brittany: I've missed him so much... I e-mailed him and he never wrote back to me. 

Li: He is confused... 

Finn arrives and is in shock.

Finn: Brittany?

Brittany: Hello Finn.

Finn: Why are you here?

Li: Brittany was invited by me. Son, please sit with us... Let's talk. 

Finn: I am not doing this. Imagine if Steffy finds out...

Li: She won't... Sit.

Finn sits.

Finn: It won't end well... You are aware that I am going to tell Steffy the truth? 

Next scene:  Hope and Flo are still discussing.

Flo: Why did Ridge and Taylor break up?

Hope: Ridge loved my mom. I think that is the main reason.
