Caroline and Katie continue talking.

Katie: Uhmm... Caroline I just... 

Caroline: I can see that you are nervous.

Katie: No it's just that I am confused why are you asking me a question like that.

Caroline: I'm sorry... I was out of line.

Katie: It's ok... 

Caroline: It's just that Rick acts like there is something that I do not know. 

Katie: Rick is just jealous... I love my nephew, but he is in a very delicate moment of his life and he might act out. He see's Thomas as a competitor... That's all. 

Caroline nods, but looks worried. 

Next scene: Taylor and Nick are in the cliff house hugging on the sofa.

Taylor: I needed that. 

Nick: Me too. 

Taylor: I love when we babysit Kelly and later when she fall asleep we just lay on this couch and I'm in your arms. 

Nick: Now that Steffy and Finn are leaving to Iceland we will have the whole house to ourselves. How will we use that?

Taylor: I bet you have some ideas?

Nick: Many...

Nick and Taylor kissed. 

Taylor: My son will get married now... His beautiful family... Oh, I love them so much.

Nick: So we are changing the topic again?

Taylor: Is it a problem?

Nick: No, but I miss you... I miss intimacy. We talk about Thomas and Caroline all the time and it's no problem, but now we kissed and... I just hoped for more... 

Taylor: Sorry...

Taylor walked towards the kitchen table and poured water for herself. After some seconds Nick followed her and kissed her shoulder.

Nick: I'm a bastard.

Taylor: No, but... That was... I don't know. I just didn't like it.

Taylor: I want you too, but I am worried. Worried that Thomas and Caroline might not get married in the end...

Next scene: Brooke enters Hope's house where she spots Rick sitting in the living room and looking sad.

Brooke: Honey?

Rick: Mom? What are you doing here?

Rick stood up and hugged Brooke.

Brooke: I know that you need help right now so I'm here. 

Rick: Mom... I am a big boy. I can handle that.

Brooke: Handle what?

Rick: The hate I have for Thomas.

Brooke: Rick, don't get between Caroline and Thomas. 

Rick: Why?

Brooke: This is not your mess. Caroline already has a son with Thomas... If you will get in between of this you will be in pain. Something bad always happens when out family deals with Thomas.

Rick: Exactly... Thomas only hurts everyone around him. I am repulsed how everyone would sacrifice Caroline now... And for what? So Ridge won't be angry at you?
