Ridge: How is Mom doing?

Steffy: She looks really happy these days. 

Ridge: Good. 

Steffy: Yeah. I have a feeling it's because of a man.

Ridge: What man?

Steffy: Nick Marone.

Ridge is surprised. 

Next scene: Jack, Sally and Nick eat breakfast.

Nick: I am really happy that I could meet you Sally.

Sally: Pleasure is on my side. Now I know why Jack is so handsome.

Nick: Well... He has his good looks from his Mom. 

Sally: He is the perfect combination of the both of you. 

Jack: Good answer Sally. So Dad, I've heard that you and Taylor go out tonight?

Sally: Wait, Taylor Steffy's and Thomas's mom?

Nick: Yeah that one.

Sally: Oh... Well, I've heard she's single. 

Nick: That's why we can go out.

Jack: Are you hoping for romance, Dad?

Next scene: Ridge and Steffy continue talking.

Ridge: I know that your Mother wanted to move on... She see's that I'm married and all of that, but Nick?

Steffy: Why not Nick?

Ridge: He let her down in the past.

Steffy: You and Brooke had 100 chances, but Mom and Nick can't have a second chance? Give me a break. 

Ridge: It's something different.

Steffy: Oh is it? Why?

Ridge doesn't know what to say. 

Next scene: Brooke is in FC office. Taylor walks in.

Taylor: Oh... Sorry. I was looking for Steffy. 

Brooke: Taylor, wait... 

Taylor: Yes?

Brooke: Please come in. I want to talk to you.

Taylor comes in. 

Taylor: What do you want to talk about Brooke?

Brooke: Lately there was a bit of a war between me and you and your kids were involved...

Taylor: I know and it was unnecessary. I hate that my kids got involved once again...

Brooke: Really?

Taylor: Yes. I am afraid that they could do something that will harm them if they will desperately try to put me and their father back together.
